The apartment is in a convenient locations with access to Barcelona Sants train station and various metro stations. Espanya is just around the corner. Many nice restaurants are close by. Very clean and neutrally decorated. Steady and speedy wifi.

The bed is quite hard and not comfortable to sleep on. The airco is very very loud and not effective. Due to the weather we have to keep it on all day in order to keep the room in a bearable temperature. It is not economical nor environmental friendly. No reception- everything is handled through an app. There is a compulsory cleaning every 3 nights bewteen 11-4pm so we need to get out the place during that time. No response in messages from the host when I informed them our flight was severely delayed and asked whether it is still ok to check in just around mid night.

Loved the size, cleanliness and comfort of the unit. Excellent location, close to major hub metro station and Aerobus to the airport. Safe neighbourhood. Restaurants and grocery stores nearby.

1. The chain lock on the inside of door is completely broken, non existent. We had put a chair against the door at night to feel somewhat safer. Ridiculous not to be to able to secure your door from inside. 2. Fridge door does not stay closed. Keeps popping open. Had to place a chair against that too, to keep it closed. ( good thing there were 4 chairs at the dining room table)

It is a comfortable apartment of good size and natural light. Easy access with key codes and well connected with public transport nearby and the train station Barcelona-Sants just a few blocks away. It was very clean and very nicely furnished. The apartment doesn’t have an oven, but it does have stoves and microwave. It looks just like in the pictures advertised.

The washing machine in a common area was a bit inconvenient, but at least they do provide that option. Unfortunately on the last day, it was very annoying that the cleaning crew came to the apartment 2 hrs before check-out time, rang the bell and reminded me of check out time, and then again 1 hr before check-out. This is very impolite and I do not believe they should be knocking on doors and reminding people that they must leave ahead of time. It is a shame that the last impression of my visit is a negative one.

Amazing location, very close to public transport, 5-10 mins walk to main roads and subway , bars and restaurants; apartment looked exactly like in the pictures, very clean, all sort of utilities available, very easy check-in/ check-out , very quite area, plenty of towels available in the bathrooms , could not fault it at all, we booked the ground floor apartment with a garden due to having kids with us and wanting extra space, garden was very clean and private.

A very delightful apartment. Everything was super clean, very well organized. The apartment is very spacious and great for 6 people, a big family. Even the balcony was super peaceful for a cup of tea. The check in process was a breeze and the locker facility in the apartment building itself was very convenient for us. The location is amazing. Just a short walk to the train station and lots of public transport options nearby along with supermarkets and cafes. We wish we could have stayed longer but would love to come back here anyday.

Our check out time was 11 am and the staff kept coming in every 15 minutes from 10 am to remind us that the check out was at 11. This was the only thing that irked us, but everything apart from this was just absolutely great.

The apartment is comfortable and very convenient for Barcelona Sants station. It had everything that we needed for a one night stay. The bed was large and we got a good nights sleep.

The remote checkin procedure was a bit demanding, had to provide passport details, a selfie etc. in order to receive a code to enter the building. The code is not released until 15:00 on the day of arrival, not very convenient if, like us, you are travelling by train with intermittent WiFi access. Not strictly property related, but there was an attempted fraud where someone claiming to be from limehome contacted via WhatsApp asking for credit card details to secure the booking. Limehome dealt well with the situation and it appears that there had been a breach of security somewhere in their systems.

The system of codes for entry works very well, I received detailed and clear instructions in advance on the app, giving the precise location of the entry to the building (there are 2, depending on your room#), and all related codes worked properly. The apartment is rather large, very modern and clean, good A/C and is handicapped accessible. Also, upon request I was able to extend my checkout by 30 minutes, although the cleaning staff rang the bell twice in that 30 minutes they were polite and fast to leave.

Like a lot of other short-term rental apartments, the bathroom floor floods easily from the shower. Fortunately there was a mop and it was easy to clean up quickly.

Very spacious. Lovely large windows. Well designed. Very close to the train station, metro station, grocery stores. Quiet neighborhood. Prompt responses from limehome.

High price. Check-in procedure took some effort - uploading selfie, photo ID. I was contacted again via Email to send the ID again, which to me is an insecure procedure. Lack of a cotton kitchen towel.

The apartment was well located near a metro and train station, and you could walk into the Gothic area in about 45 minutes. There were plenty of shops and restaurants nearby, but it was very quiet in the apartment. It was well equiped, clean and comfortable.

The air conditioning was a bit overwhelming at points and didn't seem to respond to the temperature control.

I stayed at this apartment during my visit to Barcelona and overall had a great experience. The location is fantastic – close to everything you might need, with easy access to public transport, shops, and restaurants. The apartment itself is very spacious, with a modern, minimalist design that feels clean and well thought-out. It definitely offers a great value for the price, especially considering how central it is. The only downside was that it felt a bit cold inside, especially in the bathroom – it would’ve been perfect with slightly better heating.
