I enjoyed the room and also the amenities within the hotel as I have visited this hotel many times.

The staff who helped me to check out at front desk was extremely unprofessional and rude. She tried to charge me extra by mistake and also when I asked about it she admitted it was a mistake but her attitude was so rude and unpleasant.

We loved the hotel. The people where very friendly. The rooms very clean with good airconditioning and a bath. Big comfy beds. The swimmingpool was very nice. In the restaurant we had a real good pizza and a burger. This was tasteful and not like most hotel food. The train to Barcelona was a little walk (10 minutes) and brings you to the center of Barcelona. We highly recommend this hotel to anyone.

The hotel is very comfortable for staying in case of business trips for the companies surrounded by this hotel. Otherwise it is too far from Barcelona. The hotel is nice, modern and clean.

I am not sure if this is because of booking via Booking, but we got the rooms at the end with the view to trash. While at the booking it was the view to the swimming pool. And the hotel was not overbooked. Furthermore, we wanted to make check out the night before, but it was not possible but I have to say, that the receptionist had the bill ready at 4 AM when we have been leaving.

Gluten free options and well-labelled allergens at breakfast. Helpful staff - especially the kitchen/dining staff. Warm! Very comfortable bed. Bathrooms extremely well-appointed.

No ability to cast to the TV; we had to watch via our tablets. Sometimes the room’s sound insulation was a little lacking, but still good overall.

The location, It was only a 6 min walk to the train station to go to Barcelona. The swimming pool and the breakfast. The staff was very friendly.

Very comfortable, very clean. Friendly staff. Nice decor and facilities. Comfortable bed.

The location wasn’t the best when you don’t have a car. Close to the metro station so that’s good but no shops or amenities nearby.

Cleanliness, service.

Breakfast was basic, too lean: few cherry tomatoes, no dressing no salads, no cream cheese. Only hard boiled eggs, no other option. We had to check out at 7am for the flight - but kitchen opened on Sunday @07:30, so no breakfast (or even a sandwich) for us. Located on a business area - no restaurants or any other store in the vicinity.

The rooms have a good size, it was clean and comfortable.

The room was very cold and the heating system had a permanent noise while on. Something to consider is that the hotel is located in a town next to Barcelona, it takes about 40 minutes to get to the city center (Plaza Cataluña) in a very good train which station is a 5 minutes walk from the hotel. There are no shops, supermarkets or stores near the hotel, the closest option is a mall about 10 minutes away in a cab.

The breakfast was excellent and the location was good.

There was an issue with being charged for three rooms, not two. This had to be resolved by the hotel manager.

Nice and quiet base for weekend sightseeing of Barcelona. The room was nicely big, so was the bed (too soft fot my touch however;-) ). Room and bathroom was very clean and well equipped. Efficent check in and check out. Lovely (and deep) pool just outside the restaurant.

The beds were very soft - it's great if it is your preference though ;-) On the departure day we were leaving just before the breakfast (it was already prepared) we could not get anything for takeaway. Only after intervention of the shift manager we got some croissants and coffee.
