spacious, clean hotel. Lots of parking spaces. Nice room, with balcony and spacious modern bathroom. Nice little outside pool- although no sunshade/umbrellas provided. Fitness suite and inside pool very nice.

we didn't read the small print, in the family room we had to pay extra £20 per day for the usage of the kitchen. Said this, the kitchen utensils were very limited. We didn't even have enough glasses for 4 people. But receptionist helped us very quickly. Both of our room key cards only always worked for 24 hours, a little frustrating as you always needed the help of the busy receptionists.

Staff were very friendly and helpful. The room was nice and big. Cleaning was very good. Restaurant was also very good. We very much enjoyed our morning coffee and croissant (although there was a big difference in the coffee's depending on who made them)

The decor in the rooms left a little to be desired for. a little boring both in choice of furniture and colours. Mattress was very hard. Although it was informed to us after booking that the restaurant was closed during the Xmas holidays - I found it a little difficult that we could get nothing - not even a snack.

The place was really tidy and clean. They were celebrating something in the garden I believe, but we couldn't hear anything as we closed the window. We could sleep through the whole night without any inconvenience. The staff was really nice and attentive. The bed was really comfortable and the room was nice. The shower was perfect: the temperature, also the products the hotel provided. The towels were clean and good quality. The lights were perfect and we could relax.

When we got there, at the reception they asked for the payment, but all the costs were already covered on the Booking app. We showed the email and they said that the previous employee didn't write it down correctly, but everything was paid, we only needed to cover the city tax (which I believe was already paid when we booked through Booking), despite that, we paid it as it was only two euros. When we were doing the check out, we were asked to pay again for the city taxes. Again, we explained that this was already covered and they explained that one more time, they didn't write it down nor check it before asking us to pay for it.

The best hotel I've ever been privileged enough to stay at. The elegant décor of the rooms, top-notch amenities, and high-quality services are the prime attractions of this hotel. I loved it! Breakfast was a feast, with a wide variety of delicious options to choose from and as well best gourmet dining experience.

Nothing - The best stay ever. The environment was pleasant and welcoming. Both check-in and check-out were professionally handled and easy. The hotel offers a very safe and secure environment for all visitors, which is a great thing.

Nice & stylish place, great for exploration of the area. Parking available for hotel guests without extra charge. Small pool & gym as a bonus. Wifi worked without any issues.

I was disappointed by the light system. The whole space is interconnected and managed by the panel of the bed which isn't practical or bathroom & toilet. Also, once you turn off all the lights, you end up with bright blue light shinning directly to your face. Although, we wanted to eat there as well, the staff in the restaurant wasn't nice to us and unfortunately the menu cannot accommodate people with intolerances so we had o eat elsewhere.

We loved the hotel! Absolutely loved it, the staff were so friendly and professional and welcoming which we were not expecting after all the press about tourists. The room was beautifully designed and appointed, fresh and new, we loved the pool and the food in the beautiful restaurant was excuisite! The best food we have had in a hotel restaurant in a long time, this hotel exceeded our expectations and we shared this with our Spanish friends living in Sant Cugat.

Not much, it was pretty perfect. I think just re-filling the water bottle in the room and complimentary coffee in the roomfor each day of stay, which is pretty standard.

It was beautiful, comfortable and had everything we needed. Staff were also very helpful and welcoming. Communication with them was great, even from before we got there. Had no regrets.

Information wasn’t always passed across properly between the team. I guess language barrier was also kind of an issue, but to be fair compared to other parts, the language barrier wasn’t so bad and each time they eventually realized their mistakes they apologized and swiftly made necessary amends.

Great location for what we needed, just outside of the main city centre. If you are hiring a car in order to explore some of the areas around Barcelona then this is perfect. There’s a big car park, and is a short walk to a shopping centre with a supermarket and many restaurants. The facilities are top notch, and for the price it’s great value for money.

It was unclear whether breakfast was included or not, and what the price was if it wasn’t.

Everybody at the hotel, at the reception, at the restaurant, at the event space, delivered exceptional service (except the gentleman responsible for breakfast, see below). They were extremely helpful and customer oriented and bent over backwards to give us the best experience! For example, I gave a blouse to the laundry and said it would suffice to have it back 2 days later – it was done within hours. My colleague is a celiac, they always made sure her gluten-free bread came freshly toasted when we sat down. The employees taking care of us during our workshops were very caring and prepared a gluten-free menu for her during lunch. Everybody displayed genuine interest and friendliness and there was a lot of laughing.

The gentleman at the breakfast. He was impolite, always gave us the feeling we were disturbing his routine. He opened the breakfast late and became defensive about a comment and he wanted the breakfast room to be cleaned up by 9:30. That was utterly inacceptable! Also, for a business hotel, breakfast should really start at 6:00 or 6:30, 7:00 is too late and puts pressure on you. When you leave the reception and walk towards the room on the ground floor, there was always a smell of sewage which was a bit uncomfortable.

Very nice modern, graciously laid out relaxed environment. Good breakfast - if perhaps limited for €16. But, every single hotel I ever visit - the breakfast is expensive unless you starve for a week and aim to eat for three days.

The entrance is a bit difficult to find - both Ubers I took had trouble - perhaps a clear signing from the roundabout would help.
