The ladies from the reception desk were realy nice. A big plus was that we were allowed to check in three hours early. The apartment was clean and had everything you need. It is spacious and has natural light. Also it is super close to a metro station (Hostafrancs), also max. 10 min walking to the train station (Estacio de Sants) and the bus station (Gran Via - Moianes) for the airport.

The bathroom door did not close properly and made a lot of noise. Any way, all things considered, it is a very good acomodation.

The location is good. Not by the city centre but relatively close. Additionally, there is a train (metro) station within a 3-4 minute walk. The room is spacious, and had all we needed in excellent conditions. They had a water bottle for us in the fridge, which was a nice treat. The room was clean and the beds were comfortable.

The only issue is that they didn't provide us with enough towels; they explained that they didn't have enough towels at the hotel that day because some staff members were not working due to the Catalonia holiday. Also, the main hall on our floor looked sometimes a little disorganised as they were cleaning the rooms. There is no 24-hour reception, which may be inconvenient if you encounter a problem; however, a phone is available in case of emergencies.

Awesome very helpful staff, great location: a lot of supers and restaurants nearby, very clean apartment with everything needed. Very cozy view of the city, great to feel the vibe :-)

Not all apartments have balconies and we were placed into one w/o balcony. For me it was critical and I asked to move us to an apartment with balcony. It was done quite fast, maybe we were lucky. The balcony does not fit the pictures on the site but still quite large. Wifi did not work for 2 days due to the storm

Location was great, Hostafrancs has lots of nice local cafes, bars and restaurants for a tourist to discover, and it is only a couple of stations away from the most popular parts of Barcelona. The apartment was quite clean and they included many things that were ready to use. With filter coffee, coffee machine and olive oil, we were able to prepare nice breakfasts after getting other things we like at the nearby supermarket.

Wi-Fi quality wasn't good and it was completely gone during our last 2 days. Could be a problem if you are traveling from outside the Europe and have low data.

Nice apartment. Very near to metro station (L1), and Plaza Espanya, thus to taxis, buses and Aerobús. We went in winter--which is no longer winter anymore--so such an accesible place allowed for dropping jackets when it started to get too warm, or grabbing jackets when temperatures dropped in the evenings). Pretty quiet the days we were there but one noisy evening, when some neighbours were a bit loud (jetlag doesn't know of quiet hours!).

A bit disoriented where to find things at first (like wifi password, blankets, etc.--so had to travel up & down elevator a few times to ask, which worked well because we arrived during office hours, but may have backfired otherwise). Too reliant on QR codes to scan (a website to type or the traditional hardcopy to flick over would help, for older falks). In time, an upgrade to USB plug-ins for charging devices would also help.

The Property explained the entry before we arrived clearly and the apartment wasn't in the main tourist areas which suited us perfectly. The apartment was near enough to shops to purchase a few groceries for the time we were there.

In the apartment No 2 on the second floor, the majority of the windows did not securely lock. "Maintenance" came to have a look at the windows and said the windows are secure and close properly, which they do not, if the locking mechanisms don't lock the windows securely in place, without a light tug on the window to pry them open. Even though it was explained that the area is a safe residential area, it is no concelation that the property is not secure day or night, no matter how safe the area supposedly is or that it is on the second floor.

Great stay in a very good location. Comfortable beds, large kitchen, two bathrooms. Very well connected - 150m metro station, bus stop, shops. Close to Placa Espanya. The apartment is quiet and warm (January). I recommend!

Very well located (on the red L1 metro line, accessible from the airport by train), restaurants, breakfast cafes, convenience stores nearby. The apartment is spacious, nicely furnished, perfectly equipped, very clean. Check-in is flexible (we checked in online due to early arrival, we received a code for entry and key safe), there is a possibility to store luggage before moving in and after check-out.

The place is amazing! Spacious and immensely clean. There were 3 of us, but I guess it would still feel the same for 4 people. There is almost everything you need for a stay (all the utensils and kitchen appliances, oil, tea, coffee, toiletries in the bathroom, a drying rack etc.) (and if there isn't something, the guys at the reception will help you out). It's also unexpectedly quiet, so we had a nice sleep on comfortable beds. What's more, the location worked perfectly for us, there are lots of shops and cafes around. It's well communicated and easily reachable from the airport (It takes about 2 mins on foot from the apartment till the nearest metro station (Hostafrancs), 5-7 minutes till Plaça d'Espanya and around 10-15 mins to the train station Barcelona Sans). We stayed for 3 nights and enjoyed our stay very much! Totally worth the money! PS: Communication with the place was fast and easy, as well as check in and check out process. There were no pitfalls like additional charges or some deposits or anything (except for the city tax, but you definitely expect to pay that)

It would be good to have some kind of disposable slippers or something. It wasn't a big issue since the floor was spotlessly clean, but would be more comfortable to have those.

The property was exactly same as the pictures. Clean, comfortable and with everything you need for a great stay. The apartment block is safe and secure. It had black out shutters to keep the apartment cool and AC. The staff were helpful. The location is excellent for the metro to get around. We had a brilliant time.

The only thing was warm water rather than hot - how we like it. However, you could still shower. It wouldn’t deter me from absolutely recommending a stay here.
