Excellent location, quiet but close to the city center, close to subway, markets, etc. We were there on December 31st and the fireworks were shot from 200m away so it was great to go there with the kids and come back easily. The access is super easy, the flat is convenient and clean, with all the usual equipment. We had some small troubles (see "what we did not like..." and the on line hotline is very reactive and trying to be helpful.

The hot water in the shower was warm at best ; we noticed some water leakage from the bathroom (upstairs) to the main room (downstairs) (the ceiling has clear humidity marks) ; the safebox was blocked in the "close" position so not possible to use it (the hotline proposed a few solutions but it did not work). All in all, the place is starting to show its age. Nothing that would prevent us to come back however.

Very central location, close to Placa d'Espanya and the metro. Apartment was very clean and situated on a quiet road. Building is modern and well-kept. Air conditioning worked well. Communication with host was very good. Instructions to enter apartment were detailed and clear.

The only thing I didn't like was the fact that guests are expected to take out the garbage. In my view, this is part and parcel of the cleaning process.

The apartment is in a quiet location with wonderful garden and you can dine outside. We loved the place, location, neighbourhood. Plenty of cafes, restaurants around as well as groceries, supermarket. We were using metro as well as buses, communication was convinient and public transport was OK. The kitchen was equipped with basics if you need to prepare some simple meal, there is a coffee machine (no capsules though). In general great experience, easy check-in and perfect and smooth communication. Recommend!

The mattresses on sofe in the living-room area were very soft, thin and uncomfortable. The bed in the bedroom also has a very worn out mattress, it is imperative that it is replaced, after one night my back hurts from sleeping. Providing few coffee capsules would be nice.

We very much enjoyed and appreciated: - cleanliness of the apartment - location - good and prompt communication - taxi transfer from airport - amount of utilities (glasses, toilet paper, shampoos etc.)

There had been some minor issues which we raised directly w/ the owner of apartment and which they promised to put in the order. Since there had been 5 of us, one needed to stay on the couch - which was anticipated and ok, but slightly uncomfortable. The apartment is perfect for 4 people. In 6 it could be a little bit tricky, but managable.

Close to Montjuic and Plaza Espanya, nice and interesting area away from the heavy tourist spots, lots of local bars, restaurants and shops nearby and just a short metro ride to Plaza Catalunya, the Rambla, gothic quarter and Port Veil. The roof area was very nice.

It was in a very nice location. Very nice entrance and clean. There was a nice terrace at the top of the building. Bathroom was beautiful. The apartment was very beautiful and perfect for 3 people. It had a nice little terrace where you can stay and relax

The sofa bed was squeaky but this is quite normal for sofa beds.

The location was perfect, 5 minute walk from Placa Espanya. The apartment was clean. The facilities are excellent. The bathrooms had Shampoo, conditioner and Shower gel so we didn't need to get them from supermarket. The kitchen had everything we needed, including Salt, pepper, Sugar, dishwasher tablets. The apartment has a washing machine and also included were liquid pods. Everything we needed was included. Checkin was very simple.

I loved how big the apartment which is not that clear from the photos of the facility. It is clean and equipted with almost everything necessary. It's location is very easy to reach every attaction via Metro. Arrival from the airport is easy and only 30 mins to the facility. Even when I need to take the plane at 7, getting there were easy. There enough blankets pillows towels for 6 people and they were clean. The self check-in and self checkout is pretty convenient. There is no need to wait on any staff to get in the apartment. Wifi was working well.

The olive oil was a little less than required for 6 days trip so we got a bottle ourselves. A bigger oil bottle could be included. The repair that were going to happen was not told before us. The workers came in when we were sleeping without our knowledge. That could be told beforehand.

Perfect location - close to the airport and to metro/bus station. Walking distance to the Museu Nacional d'Art de Catalunya. Very well equipped with iron, hairdryer, washing machine, microwave, coffee machine. Close to bakeries, restaurants and supermarkets.
