The hotel is situated in a quiet ( yet busy & close to amenities ) part of town with many green spaces nearby. We were going to the football at the Olympic Stadium so chose the Montjuic area to be close. The apartment was cleaned every day, fresh towels etc.. which was an added bonus. Having a fridge, kettle etc… allowed us flexibility as a family to have breakfast in the apartment before heading out for the day. The outside terrace on the first floor was lovely too, we enjoyed sitting here at night after a day sight seeing. The hotel seemed busy but we were never bothered with noise & all public areas were immaculate. Staff were very friendly & helpful too.

Nothing, except the rooftop pool wasn’t open as it was too early in the year.

Located within walking distance to estadio onlympique - we were here for the soccer - and also walking distance to espanta station which is well connected to all the major sites. Came with on-site parking and communal washing machine and dryer

The location was perfect for what we needed. We had a lovely clean 3 bedroom , with a small kitchen with everything you need. The pool on the roof was perfect and a nice view. The staff was very friendly and helpful at any moment of the day. The hotel is clean and have all modern facilities. I even did 2 washes there. At 3 minutes walk you are at the bus stop where u can go all different routes, and in 15 minutes you are at the Plaça de Catalunya and La Rambla or to the airport.

The hotel is bright and clean. The reception is 24/7, which is great for an aparthotel. The lobby is really nice, there is a little library and billiard. We haven't used the restaurant but it looks bright and cozy also. The room was quiet. Although it was small, the bedroom and the restroom are normal size, and the kitchen point is well equipped. In the same building on the boulevard, we founded a lovely bakery and a supermarket with non-tourist prices. The hotel is on a walking distance from Espaniya Square, where you can take main metro lines and hop on-off busses. The taxi cost 30 euro from the airport to the hotel.

A very good hotel with apartments for families. Everything was very well organized. All the information was great, place very comfortable, kitchen part well prepared, nice bathroom with hair dryer, beautifully smelling soaps and shampoos, nice dining table. Very good contact with the personnel - before and during the stay. Thank you!

There is only one thing. I thought I was informed that the apartments are cleaned every day. But ours wasn't or very badly, because the rubbish wasn't even taken.

The property itself is nice & clean and had everything that we needed for our two night stay. The location was good. It was quiet and just one block from the main Avenue…… the rooftop pool looked nice however it was too cold to use. Having a small outdoor terrace was nice.

The upper portion of the door to our outside terrace was broken, which left an open gap to the outside. We reported that maintenance needed to work on the door, however they had already left for the evening so we ended up stuffing paper in the open area to close the gap. it still had not been fixed by our check out.

Great location with metro and train stations within walking distance. Metro lines to all of the key places. Loved the breakfast and the air conditioning in the room was a lifesaver! Great to have the pool to use as well, especially in the august heat.

The room was smaller than what we had expected when booking a ‘family room’. Still comfortable but on the smaller side as we were travelling with a baby and a child. The pool was nice but obviously well used and felt that it was a bit run down compared to the rest of the building.

1. Good location. The hotel is in two bus stops from Pl. Espanya. There's a huge supermarket (Mercadona) nearby. Lots of restaurants, cafeterias, bars reachable by feet. There's also a bus stop literally in 200 meters where you can pick from more than 15 different bus lines connecting you to the main touristic areas of Barcelona. 2. A small kitchen with necessary facilities. 3. Friendly staff and daily room cleaning. 4. It is possible to leave the luggage in the hotel for free before you check in or after you check out.

1. Strange odor of the tap water. Feels likes the water is over-chlorinated. 2. WiFi gets disconnected each time the device goes to the stand-by mode, so you have to re-enter the credential over and over again. Sometimes it may get slow, e.g., in the evening. 3. Poor soundproofing. You can clearly and effortlessly hear what your neighbors say and do.

Rooms were nice and clean. The staff is very friendly and welcoming. The location is close to the metro station (10 min walking) Definitely I recommend this hotel.

There was a technical hiccup, and initially they couldn't print the invoice on my name (my daughter's name was shown instead), but thanks to them, they were able to solve it in a timely manner and send it via e-mail. Not a big deal...

Terrace had two massive air-conditioning units overhanging the main area one of which was leaking water. The terrace was unlit which made it difficult to sit in the evenings. This aspect in my opinion was not good value for money as needed to pay extra for this facility which couldn’t really be fully utilised - this didnt affect our enjoyment however. Breakfast seemed expensive for the offering.
