We stayed for 4 nights and had a great experience. The location was excellent, everything was clean and well-maintained. The staff was very kind and helpful – they allowed us to check in earlier than scheduled and were always available when we needed something. There was nothing we didn’t like. We definitely recommend this place!

Location, the apartment is spacious. The wine at the table was a super awesome treat. Very clean. The easiness of the link to access the apartment was also nice.

The main bathroom had a lose and bended metal strip (pirlan) that was not attached properly the floor. We put it aside as it had sharp edges. The washing machine did not work, some instructions on how to use it could be useful. We could not get it to dry clothes and had to squeeze and hang outside.

The apartment is located nicely. It is really close to the metro and Barcelona Sants train station. Grocery stores and restaurants nearby and yet not too many tourists around, since it is further from the city centre and more a residental area. The apartment was amazing, we loved it! Extremely spacious for a family for example. Kitchen was well equipped. Two showers and toilets. No key hussle, since you either use your phone to open the doors, or a number combination.

We don't have anything to complain about, everything was perfect. But here are some points that are good to know: the elevator is small and the stairs narrow. If you travel with huge luggage/family, it takes a few elevator trips. There is also a lot of kids playing right outside during daytime, so the days are a bit noisy. Also, the balcony can only be used from two of the bedrooms.

Nice spacious apartment with some outdoor space as well. Quick and good assistance during the check in and clean rooms.

You can hear the metro af the lower floors, but it’s manageable - I had no trouble sleeping because of it.

Good location, a well functioning AC, the fridge/freezer-combo was very good. You know, the important stuff. Key-less was very good, freedom from keys!

Not a doublebed; two singles pushed together - those are not the same things. We did find locks on the beds wheels after a few days but it helped very little. Light bulbs missing in bedroom so we took from around the other room. Check-in instructions came a little late for our taste since we like to print them for easy overview and in case of battery-problems.

It was lovely and bigger than expected. Everything we needed was there. Very clean and tidy. Would stay here again. The host was amazing and very helpful.

Very clean. Basic but just what you need for a wee break. Great location area was safe and people friendly (all of Barcelones are).

Check in! We arrived at 11am to Barcelona but check in wasn't until 3pm. Maybe that's normal. Maybe Barcelona is just expensive to visit but I thought this was on the expensive side.

Simple but good decoration, clean environment, convenient online key.

Area of each bedroom is relatively small. One toilet‘s water flow is a bit small.

The way the team has tacle and given us option as AC of booked appartment was having some issue. So, the team has provided accomodation near to booked appartment with everything super.

The request for keeping luggage, or checking 1-2 hour early proposal was not accepted.

The property is great located next to the Main Railway Station and 2 lines of Metro. The staff is available on WhatsApp almost 24/7. The apartment looks great like on pictures, it’s huge with 3 separate bedrooms, living room, two baths and kitchen. It’s clean and modern without unnecessary stuff. All communication is via emails, WhatsApp or Booking messaging, they made it very easy for everybody.

The building is next to the school yard and can be noisy if you want to sleep longer, but the isolation is perfect and if you close the windows you won’t hear anything.
