The room was nice, bright and clean. The beds were extra comfy, and the pillows were as well. The staff was amazing. Always smiling, friendly and helpful. We came way before check-in, and they had nice storage for our bags and were extra helpful and patient. An apple on the front desk is a nice touch! The wifi was excellent also. Location is very good and in just 100m there are a lot of points of public transportation. They upgraded our room from a double room to family room free of charge! Very nice!

The shower tub is quite slippery, and the water pressure in the shower was a little bit weak.

The location is great; I love that neighborhood, which is both local and very near to tourist destinations. The hotel was very clean, and the Wi-Fi had no problems. If you plan to work remotely and your work requires heavy internet traffic like virtual machines or streaming, it won’t be sufficient. However, for casual activities and work that doesn't depend on a high-speed internet connection, it is more than enough. The staff was very friendly.

The water pressure was a bit low, and the hair dryer had the same problem with air pressure. If you love strong hair dryers, keep in mind that you will need to get a cheap one at a store.

The staff were very friendly and helpful. Location was great, easy to find from Barcelona Sants and had shops, cafes restaurants around but was still very quiet at night time so easy to get a good sleep. Facilities were all great, especially the free lockers, I was able to explore Barcelona the whole day after check out without worrying about my bags. I had everything I needed and the entire place and my room was very clean and tidy. Wifi was super fast. I would definitely stay here again!

The only thing I didn't like was the pillows, which I found to be uncomfortable, but this is a matter of personal preference!

The convenient location made travel to and from the airport hassle-free, which is a major plus for both business travelers and tourists alike. In conclusion, this hotel offers a clean, comfortable stay with some nice extras like the terrace. Its location, with easy access to both a supermarket and the airport, makes it a practical choice for a variety of travelers.

The only downside to note is that the hotel is quite expensive, which may be a consideration for budget-conscious travelers.

We stayed here as we had a trade event to attend close by. It was nice to find a 24 hour reception with real people to welcome us. The vending machine has yummy sandwiches, olives and wine too. Our room was street facing but quiet. The only thing was the tv volume was set to low; no microwave in the room; no toilet brush; and the bed mattress was too soft for me. Otherwise very well lit, simple design but clean...overall, nice spot.

Amazing hotel, good area relatively close to the city centre by metro, if you want a more quiet neighbourhood. Nice decoration and aesthetics, minimal and beautiful. The staff was very friendly, accomodating and very eager to help and give you instructions about the city. They even included an apple as a welcome gift which I found really cute. The room was spacious and spotless clean which I really appreciated and you could have it cleaned every day if you liked. There was also a water cooler-fountain in the hotel to fill up your bottle every day without having to buy water every day which I found amazing and there were lockers to leave your luggage for the entire day after the check-out until your departure flight which was really convenient. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone visiting Barcelona.

The price was a bit high especially for a place not in the city centre but then again what isn't in Barcelona? The only thing I believe was missing from the room was a fridge. It would have been nice to be included as I stayed there for almost a week and I needed a place to store-preserve my food and water. Other than that there was no flaw in the hotel or the room.

Good sized room, modern, clean with a nice view, air conditioning and plenty of towels and storage for a longer stay (I was only staying one night as a stopover before my flight home). The vending machines had a great selection of options - ideal when you’re too tired to go out in search of alternative options. Staff super friends and spoke excellent English

The walls were paper thin. I had hours of two girls laughing constantly that the TV couldn’t drown out.

The room was simple and not big, but had everything you need. Good bathroom. Daily change of bed linen and towels. Friendly staff. The location is quite good, there are restaurants and grocery stores nearby. Metro station 5 minutes from the hotel.

The rooms facing the street are not too quiet even if the window is closed. There were no glass cups.

We spent a honeymoon in this hotel. First time visiting Barcelona. The location was super ! So close to 2 metro stations , to the shopping area and very close to city sightseeing . The staff was nice and friendly , they allowed us to leave our bags in the lockers early in the morning and we checked in earlier than the official time free of charge. The balcony was nice , the room was clean . We loved staying there. Definitely recommend and will be back 💖

First of all, we had an upgrade and it was spacious for 2 of us. It had everything a traveller would need - kettle / tea / fridge. Located in a safe suburb, with 24 hour receptionists, a solo traveller will not have issues. it was also walking distance to the local metro and to Barcelona sants train station. The receptionist was also friendly.

Not much shelter when it rains!
