I stayed in a wheelchair-friendly room at AC Sants and was impressed with how spacious both the room and bathroom were — plenty of room to move around comfortably. The bed was very comfortable, and the reception staff were friendly and welcoming. Breakfast had good vegetarian options including fresh fruit, toast, croissants, bagels, beans, and more. My only small complaint is that there was no lightbulb in the shower area, so it was quite dark when using it. The location is excellent — right by Sants Station and surrounded by outdoor restaurants and cafés, many open until 1 a.m., which was very convenient. Overall, a comfortable and well-located stay, especially for wheelchair users

Low Lighting in the bathroom especially in the shower area. Also the second room we were initially given had an open bathroom concept with the room door directly opposite the lifts so anyone could look into the bathroom through the mirror when the door was opened. But on request they kindly changed the room next day upon availability.

We had a one night stopover in this hotel. Room was spotless and big enough for our one night stay. Staff were pleant and very helpful. We arrived at 10pm and the kindly pointed out several nearby places where we could eat. No problem leaving luggage next morning while we waited for our train. All in all we felt relaxed and stress-free after a long day's travel. What a difference compared to our disgusting treatment at the nearby Barcelo Sants. The toilet was quite small but it isn’t too much to not like.

I love Marriott as always had such a great experience in comfort and cleanliness. Loved the modern decor of the room the bed was super comfortable as were the pillows. Good quality towels and ample shower gel and shampoo. There were always two bottles of water made available for me just in case I forgot to buy and got thirsty during the night. I had an ironing board and iron for pressing my clothes. Breakfast was nice too. Staff was super helpful and friendly.

I would have liked to have tea and coffee making facilities in the room Water in shower was once too cold ( I think on the second morning) but this was only once. Would have liked to have a bathrobe available too. The venue was very close to the place on my congress, but was noisy during the night…

I have stayed at AC Snats for formula 1 weekend. Its near by the master hub sants station you can reach airport track and city center very easily. the hotel is great in terms of room and staff service. breakfast also great. ı can catch up with my business meeting at the lobby area so great!

nothing in particular, last night ı had a problem with ac but its ok reception helped to solve it very fast.

The proximity of the hotel to the train station was main reason I selected to stay at AC Hotel Sants by Marriott. It was only a 5 minute walk. However, it would be handy to have some sort of 'advertising' near the train station as to which direction to begin walking, particularly as we'd arrived very late at night with little to guide us. The staff were friendly and helpful. The bed was very comfy. Breakfast was delicious with lots of choice, Great check-out time of 12pm.

We really liked the hotel, so didn't really have any issues. However, the strangely set out 'bathroom' didn't provide much hanging space for towels, nor much privacy.

Through it’s close by the Tain station, otherwise the area is not lively and there’s not much around. If it’s a layover like our stay it’s good but prefer a different location for a longer stay. The breakfast is pretty European standard so compared with other Marriott breakfast in the Middle East, it did match the expectations.

Location was exactly what I was looking for being close to the train station. Breakfast was very good, and service was also very good. Good selection and well laid out.

The kitchen was not operational at night so I only had a choice of cold plate items for dinner which was disappointing. The fitness area is small but I was the only one there at the time so it was OK.

Was a lovely and large room with a decent view. The bed was nice and the airconditioning in the room made the very hot weather bearable. Although the bathroom layout was really odd, it was nice and useful. Breakfast was fine, but was the same everyday. Also lots of public travel options and things to do in the neighbourhood!

No lock on the toilet door, and also a large gap in this door. Someone else could definitely look through it. The bath could also use a bit more privacy. Would only really recommend a bathroom like this for couples who are very close.

Breakfast was of good quality, however there should be more vegetarian options. Hotel is close to Barcelona Sants that makes it suitable for overnight stay when you are traveling in the morning via the airport or on the Renfe trains.

Ongoing construction around the Barcelona Sants has made the walk to the hotel a bit complicated.
