The property is clean, cosy, perfect location, you have all you need for comfortable staying, internet is fast, you can see instruction to everything you need to use. Area is quiet, we had a good rest.

I stuck in the lift before very important meeting and it freaked me out, so be careful On a second day heating was not working, I guess the battery needs to be changed, but it was still warm Be aware of the deposit of €300 as it’s not mentioned on the main description or when you are finalising the booking, only after you paid - they send a message.

Comfortable and clean apartment with easy directions to access. Great ammenities and kitchen facilities. Close to metro although we enjoyed the 30 minutes walk to the centre.

The sofa bed was a bit uncomfortable, with a really thin mattress and sunken in. It was passable for 1 person for a short term stay. We were not familiar with washing machines being located in the outside balcony area and ended up going to the laundromat as the manual stated the washing machine is in the kitchen. The manual was misleading and should be revised.

Location and size of the room

There was a second bed/couch, but that bed was not comfortable. Matras too weak causing the spring to poke my body. Had 2 nights bad sleep

Specious, clean, modern rooms and good position of the apartment from all landmarks and the centre

Maybe the hallway and the elevator are too small but I realised at the place.. Every building is almost like this, so we got used to it. We needed more cleaning papers and towels and more specious wardrobe for 3 persons

The location was great near the metro and train station. There was a range of restaurants and supermarkets close by. The apartment was clean and spacious.

The location can be very noisy. We could hear people early and late on the stairwells entering and leaving the apartments and the vibration of the train going past. If your a slight sleeper then Noise wise wouldn't recommend it.

It was close to metro, market, near the main street, but it wasnt loud. Hosts were great! Loved that they had a small box with all the little essential bits for the stay - laundry tablets, dish soap, etc. so we didn’t have to go and buy a whole pack just to wash the dishes or kid clothes.

The livingroom lounge isnt made for sleeping, and the water is filtrated trough chlorine filtrs, but its a Barcelona thing.

Location is great, metro station and central railway star are near. You can find all facilities around: shops, cafes

Furniture is already a bit not fresh I had strange experience here with my jewelry: it’s gone, disappeared from table, but fortunately managers give it back after 1 week. I was happy to find my jewelry (it’s not expensive but sentimental meaning) Overpriced, but unfortunately Barcelona is so popular so difficult to find cheaper

Wonderful location of the apartments: the house has a coffee shop with delicious coffee and pastries, a cafe, a supermarket nearby, which is open until 2 am and even on Sundays, a metro station and a bus stop. The bedroom windows overlook a quiet courtyard. The apartments have everything you need for a comfortable stay.

If you are traveling with children or there are more than two people, please note that you cannot sleep on the sofa. The sofa is uncomfortable and makes a lot of noise.

Very clean and close to all shops and tourist attractions and transport.

There was no staff to help with things like the door lock was very very hard to lock and open. That was the downside. Also the property is hard to find as there is no clear indication of the name of the apartment. Also the door numbering is wrong and hard to find.
