The property is clean, cosy, perfect location, you have all you need for comfortable staying, internet is fast, you can see instruction to everything you need to use. Area is quiet, we had a good rest.

I stuck in the lift before very important meeting and it freaked me out, so be careful On a second day heating was not working, I guess the battery needs to be changed, but it was still warm Be aware of the deposit of €300 as it’s not mentioned on the main description or when you are finalising the booking, only after you paid - they send a message.

Location and size of the room

There was a second bed/couch, but that bed was not comfortable. Matras too weak causing the spring to poke my body. Had 2 nights bad sleep

Comfortable and clean apartment with easy directions to access. Great ammenities and kitchen facilities. Close to metro although we enjoyed the 30 minutes walk to the centre.

The sofa bed was a bit uncomfortable, with a really thin mattress and sunken in. It was passable for 1 person for a short term stay. We were not familiar with washing machines being located in the outside balcony area and ended up going to the laundromat as the manual stated the washing machine is in the kitchen. The manual was misleading and should be revised.

Goof facilities, friendly hosts, amazing locations. Very happy.

Bit noisy at night from people in corridor and upstairs flat if sleeping on sofa bed

It was close to metro, market, near the main street, but it wasnt loud. Hosts were great! Loved that they had a small box with all the little essential bits for the stay - laundry tablets, dish soap, etc. so we didn’t have to go and buy a whole pack just to wash the dishes or kid clothes.

The livingroom lounge isnt made for sleeping, and the water is filtrated trough chlorine filtrs, but its a Barcelona thing.

Location is great, metro station and central railway star are near. You can find all facilities around: shops, cafes

Furniture is already a bit not fresh I had strange experience here with my jewelry: it’s gone, disappeared from table, but fortunately managers give it back after 1 week. I was happy to find my jewelry (it’s not expensive but sentimental meaning) Overpriced, but unfortunately Barcelona is so popular so difficult to find cheaper

Wonderful location of the apartments: the house has a coffee shop with delicious coffee and pastries, a cafe, a supermarket nearby, which is open until 2 am and even on Sundays, a metro station and a bus stop. The bedroom windows overlook a quiet courtyard. The apartments have everything you need for a comfortable stay.

If you are traveling with children or there are more than two people, please note that you cannot sleep on the sofa. The sofa is uncomfortable and makes a lot of noise.

Close to Metro stations and easy walk to Barcelona Sants train station. Even though not close to main attractions, the Metro made it easy to get to them. Good supermarket close by. The street was closed to traffic on the weekend, so all the locals came out. That was a real bonus.

A local introduction by the property for some recommended restaurants or bars, where the local supermarket was (it took us 2 days to find it).

The bed and bed lines are very comfortable- we had good sleeps at night. All basic things are there - we didn’t cook so only used a bit fridge and water boiler. The coffee machine did not work as I did not manage to figure that out.

The mirror is a bit broken on the right bottom edge and I accidentally cut my finger a bit due to that. The hangers in bathrooms are a bit old and fall out easily.

We stayed one week at Habitat Apartments ADN 32. This apartment is well equipped and very comfortable. It has very modern appliances. The apartment couldn’t be more centrally located. It’s only a 5 minute walk when you get off the aerobus from the airport as well as from piazza España, 10 min. far away Barcelona sants estacion.
