I liked that there was a bar on sight. The atmosphere was friendly & relaxed.

There was no fridge in our room. Also the motion sensor light under the bed was annoying in the middle of the night when someone went to the toilet.

Spacious room with a balcony. Big shower and large sink counter where you can put your cosmetics. The light under the bed with a motion detector is a nice touch. It allows you to navigate the room at night without waking the other person. Good location, close to 2 metro lines and railway station. Restaurants, tapa bars and a supermarket in the vicinity. Walking distance from placa Espanya and the National Museum. Good breakfasts. Quite a variety of food. The overall design of the hotel is cool and colorful. The common space is really nice. The staff was helpful. They allowed us to check-in at 10 am instead of 3 pm, cause that's when we arrived, which was wonderful.

There's been a bit of a mess in the system. I believe it must've been because of the fact that a rebranding took place since I made the booking. My reservation in their system was wrongly lacking breakfast and was more expensive. But all was sorted out in our favor.

Fantastic location for our needs near Sants Station - easy access to all metro/train lines and airport. Cool place with a young vibe - not kid 'young'. Room/ bed layouts were different but great with super clever use of space. We really liked it. Room was surprisingly quiet considering the location, with full balcony too. We didn't eat or drink here, but it looked nice and fun and modern chic. We'd definitely stay here again if we want to be near Sants station which is so convenient as a home base.

Seemed like the desk staff were ALL new hires and one woman was there as back-up training to help them. Guess it's got to be done, but it did slow things down quite a bit. But the new people were very friendly spoke English also, so it was fine for everybody waiting. No big deal.

Clean hotel. Very comfortable beds! Good and stable WIFI in everywhere in the hotel and all rooms. Good breakfast.

The check-in process is ridiculous. I had to wait 30ish minutes on the queue to reach the reception staff. Then they spent 15 min to process my check-in. Then, they found that there was a mistake in my reservation.

Excellent location right next to supermarket restaurants all around and main train station 2 min walk away. Restaurant on site and swimming pool.Safe area .cafe across the road that's open 24 hours.

Staff barely greeted us on arrival no explanation of facilities etc restaurant and pool hours no information in the room either about the hotel. TV in our room wasn't working I mentioned to the reception staff 4 times and nobody came just not good enough! Wifi would often crash for hours on end and staff would have no idea of when it would come back on. Restaurant was closed on our final night due to private event no communication from staff. They could have info in the rooms about breakfast open hours and costs etc

Wish they could speed up the check in system, after a long journey it takes lot longer than it should. However staff were efficient and courteous, so its basically a system which needs a bit of a revamp.

Location: 5 min walk to the main train station (Barcelona Sants) and 2 min walk to the metro. Very convenient. There is also a laundromat that is a 10 min walk. There is also a supermarket next door. Room: Very cute aesthetic. The little touches were very much appreciated. The balcony was also nice. We were able to lounge for a bit. Weird though that there was no mini ref. There is technically no closet, only hangers and a small stand but I didn't mind it. Staff: Excellent and accommodating. They even replied to my call when I had a concern. Hotel: There are elevators which were also decorated. Lobby was nicely furnished. Complete with a gym.

Sadly they had no room service. I just needed a glass with ice but I would have needed to drink it at the restaurant. There is no ref for cold drinks even water.

Excellent communal spaces to gather and meet on the 3rd floor reception, contributes to a convivial ambiance. Very clean, contemporary design bathrooms Loved the alternative wardrobe, like a wall hanging, easy to see your clothes. Great location being next to Barcelona Sants train station, very easy to get to and from airport. Major Highlight: A short walk from the hotel is multi-storied shopping centre/cinema complex, 'Arenas de Barcelona' at Plaça d'Espanya, a beautiful building especially at night with excellent 360° views of all Barcelona (free entry), the rooftop terrace has 7 different themed restaurants to choose from.

No fridge in the rooms, however keeping a six pack of water (bought at the supermarket next door to the hotel) on the small balcony worked fine in February. No coffee or tea making facilties in the room either, but that is available on the 3rd floor of the hotel or one block away on Carrer de Tarragona was the excellent cafe "365" that is open from 6am for excellent teas, coffee and other bakery items.

Great location and nicely decorated. Room had a lovely balcony.

At check in we were given drink vouchers and told to head to the bar for a complimentary drink. Not including alcoholic beverages. We opted for a couple of sprites and a virgin mojito. The bartender then told us that reception had lied and didn't want to "break the bad news" that the voucher could be used for tea coffee or water. In the end we took water which was the same bottles provided in the room and in abundance on the cleaning lady's trolley. The vouchers were pointless and a bad way to start the visit with a promise that was quickly revoked. Oh yeah the receptionist and bar staff work shoulder to shoulder in the same area so ultimate poor communication

The hotel is excellent. Its very new and upcoming. Quite fun and interesting. The check in area on level 3 is really nice. Staff were so friendly. Drinks tokens on arrival. We checked in early and they offered us a free upgrade which was a nice touch. A/C was very nice, along with the balcony and chairs to sit out on. We have a look at the rooftop and it has a lovely pool, bar, restaurant and a few games too up there. There is also a pool table hidden on level 3 too! The room was really comfortable, beds were lovely, bathroom spotless. Would highly recommend and will stay there again. The tube station was a few moments walk away, and there is a supermarket right next to the hotel where you could buy provisions if you wanted to. They also have an ironing room too which is nice!

Shower could have been a bit more powerful, but wasn't the end of the world. A fridge in the room would have been great, but again, not essential
