The place was next to the Sants train station, next to the metro and next to the airport shuttle. As a solo female traveler it was very safe to stay there. The room is small but it's more than enough for a solo traveler. The room was very clean 👏🏻 The breakfast buffet is nice and offers and nice selection of food. The receptionists were really nice and helped me with some of my questions :) I recommend this place for a stay in Barcelona.

The wifi signal was not the best but it was not a big of a deal for me.

Very close to Barcelona-Sants; perfect sized room for short visits; nice window view; close to a fantastic Thai restaurant (Thai Rico); minutes walk to a lavandería autoservicio; minutes away from Hostafrancs metro station; very nice included breakfast. Plus, I left an important item behind in my room after checking out and fortunately the staff kept it for me and I was able to retrieve it.

If the hospitalero isn’t at his/her desk you can’t walk into the lobby…the door is locked and won’t slide open. Normally a great security feature unless you really need to use the toilet.

Great location in central neighborhood. Close to Hostafrancs metro station, Placa Espanya and Montjuic, allowing me to easily explore the city and go back for things like charging my phone. Sants doesn't seem to be too busy compared to the tourist hotspots with the exception of clubbers on Saturday night, allowing me to have a relaxing, mostly quiet stay. Free breakfast setup was fantastic and gave a great start to my day. 24.7 staff made it easy to check in and enter and exit as needed. Very economical for a private room booked at the last minute.

The walls seemed kinda thin and thus noise occasionally leaked between rooms. Sometimes guests and people on the street below could be a bit rowdy. Also there was no one at check-in when I left to the airport at 3 am but that wasn't a huge problem as I could drop the keys. Perhaps a dedicated key drop would be good? All relatively small points.

Breakfast exceeded expectation. Comfortable bed. Good closet with adequate number of hangers. Shower roomy enough. Good quality fixtures. In my room the window opened onto an interior courtyard. Very quiet. 5 minute walk to the airport bus. 12 euro cab ride from the ferry port. 24 hour front desk.

The window had a lock that didn't secure well. I didn't stay long enough to find our whether they fixed it after I informed the desk at checkout. (I was assured that the area beyond the inside facing window was secure. I had no safety issues.)

The location is very convenient. Metro station is like around the corner. Perfect location if you want to attend a concert or event at Palau Sant Jordi. The staff is very welcoming. Check-in and check-out times are great and there is an option to leave your luggage. Everything you need is nearby, cafés, supermarket, etc.

The only thing that was not my taste was the duvet, but that's just a personal opinion. For summer it would be great but for cooler temperatures outside you have to use like the top covering duvet beside the thin sheet.

Perfect location, only 70m from Metro L1. Could reach Fira in 25 minuttes door to door. Clean room, just big enough to sleep and work a bit, nice staff, slept well. Shower was good too. Convenience stores nearby, cafés and restaurant also. No frills place, so do not expect any luxury, but it is absolutely nice. Reception manned 24/7.

WiFi a bit slow and had to log on again from time to time. Only thing missing in my view is a safebox for your valuables but reception is manned 24/7.

I really enjoyed my stay at this hotel! The breakfast was amazing – lots of options, everything fresh and delicious. My room was super clean and well-maintained throughout the stay. The bed was very comfortable with a soft mattress, which made it easy to relax and get a great night’s sleep. Overall, I had a very positive experience and would definitely recommend this place!

There was nothing I didn’t like – everything met or even exceeded my expectations.

The staff was exceptionally polite and offered me a bottle of water upon entry, even though it's a budget hotel. Breakfast was also included. It's definitely excellent value for the price. The room was very comfortable with a private bathroom. I would definitely recommend this hotel.

The only downside I can think of at this hotel is the view from the window, which isn't very attractive — so really, there isn't any downside at all! ;)

Can 100% agree regarding friendliness of the staff members mentioned in other reviews. They were all warm, friendly, helpful and gave us a feeling of safety. We liked that there was always someone at reception. Breakfast being included shows commitment to make guests feel at home and we also appreciated this a lot! We also felt that it was very good value for money. The location is also very convenient for the Barcelona Sants train station. Room was very clean.

Unfortunately while the breakfast room looks amazing, the bedroom we were in needs quite a bit of work and renovations to it; especially the bathroom and the door lock. That being said for the price we paid and given how great the staff were; we would still stay again.

Very friendly and helpful staff. Great information about Airport Bus given. Location was great - easy walking distance from both Barcelona Sants station and the stop for the Airport Bus. Not luxurious but didn't expect it to be - it was effectively functional and VERY clean. Plenty of hot water. Simple and tasty breakfast. Perfect for our requirements.

Only slight issue was the shower door was a little awkward to manoeuvre - but it didn't impede use of the shower.
