Convenient 3*hotel with great location. Mall, bus and metro stations nearby, some of the sights at walking distance. Spacious, clean room with comfortable beds. Good breakfast. There is a small gym and a rooftop terrace. Nice staff. Yes, you may have to wait a little bit at breakfast, yes, the hotel is beside a main street, but we ate well, slept very well, it is a great choice for families.

Some of the food at breakfast I would have expected to be warm at least (boiled eggs or tortilla for example). In the bathroom, there are not enough hangers and the ones you have are not very smartly located.

Localization - close to Plaza de España, Aerobus stops, metro station and Montjuic. So it was easy to get to the city centre and to/from the BCN airport. Ideal base for sightseeing or getting to the FCB game on Estadi Olimpic. The personnel at the reception was very kind and helpful. We could leave our luggage in the morning before check-in. Before the stay, after reading some reviews, I was afraid of the street noise, but it wasn't an issue. Breakfast was OK.

Even though i enjoyed the stay i would generally expect something slightly better for the price. The price was the biggest factor if it comes to my overall rating. The following things were just a bit bothering, but nothing major. The wide bed was really just 2 smaller beds joined together. The 3rd, smaller bed was in the middle of our quite narrow room. We couldn't fold it in any safe way so it was a bit uncomfy to get around.

Staff very attentive and helpful. Translated for us with Medical equipment company to get a replacement device for my wife. Excellent directions for the neighborhood, and lined up a great taxi to airport. Everyone in this hotel very helpful and attentive. Overall this hotel, the property itself, staff and management are a great example of how a hotel should be run.

Crowded between other hotels, this is such a nice place it needs a garden or atrium. Excellent use of space in the reception area, Disappointed to say slow, cramped elevators, Overlooked it due to excellent staff.

Room temperature. The air conditioning system is not controlled by the guest, so the room became very hot; the only way to fix it was to open the window. The window was not designed to be opened, and with an opened window, the ambient became very noisy. In 2 days out of 7 days of staying, during breakfast, some basic itens were missing, like yogurt and butter.

The location was truly ideal, being conveniently near the metro station and just 20 minutes away from the airport. It made getting around so easy. The staff were incredibly kind and accommodating, always going above and beyond to ensure we felt welcome. The breakfast was another highlight—it was delicious and offered a great start to the day. Thank you for creating such a comfortable and enjoyable stay. I look forward to visiting again in the future.

It is spacious. Close to transportation especially the bus to the airport. Close to restaurants and convenient store.

We need to open the windows all the time because even during winter (50-60 degreeF), the room is very warm, making it very noisy to sleep since it is close to major road. A ceiling fan with be good.

Booked this new year's eve to be close to the fireworks. Was able to see from rooftop and avoid the crowd in Placa Espanya. Liked the size of the two rooms, and comfy beds. Lots of space. Friendly staff in lobby.

Wished toilet had a spray attachment. The price was also quite expensive and didn't provide that level of value. Also, this area not as vibrant and attractive as the E'iaxample area.

Friendly staff, they were very pleasant willing to help us with everything great location near Metro stations, near a mall, near the Catalunya castle and magic fountain. nice street with restaurants and supermarkets around. nice view from the room window the room was big, clean and well equipped If we come again to Barcelona we will definitely return to this hotel. Good location near the Spain Square with direct connection to the airport El Prat (bus 46) and city center (metro), and walking distance to the railway station Sants. The hotel is on a noisy street, but it was silent in the room. Clean room with big shower, friendly personnel (we came early and our room was not ready yet, and they gave us another room with no extra charge).

There was no corkscrew in the room (but it's available on reception).
