The spaciousness and the ease of access

No marking and the wifi didn’t work

Property has 2 bedrooms and 1 and 1/2 bathrooms which was great for a family of 4. Kitchen was fine, no oven but stove top and microwave. Also washing machine in the bathroom was great! The hotel is at great location just off plaza d’España(2 min walk) which has great connection to all metro lines and it’s 2-5 stops (10 min max) from anywhere you want to go- Park Güell, Sagrada familia, las Ramblas … Except maybe Barcelonetta beach which requires a quick metro change but it’s still about 15 min away. There are many grocery stores near by- around the corner ( carefour express or bodegas ) and restaurants and cafes!! And 2 min walk to the Montjuïc National Palace!! Unfortunately the fountain was not working- hasn’t been for the last several years but I read they are planning a grand re opening later in 2025.

Our unit faces east and needs outside blinds

The rooms were comfortable and bright but the blackout curtains provided a good darkness to allow us to sleep in when needed. Kitchen was clean and well stocked with the essential utensils. Towels were soft and nice. And the staff were wonderful! Especially Laura, she was so helpful and patient with all my constant needs to make reservations as i didn’t speak Spanish. The convenience of mobile key was easy too!

Entrance doors need to retract better to close after people, cuz many times it was left open. And those doors need to be locked at all ours and code should be used to enter.

Great apartment. Very equipped. clean and cozy. Good size. great welcoming staff that really tried to help in every way. Cleaning was done every few days to a high standard. If not for the noise, I would rate it as a 9!

Can hear every noise from the apartment upstairs. The people upstairs had parties, walked heavily with shoes all through the night and made loud noise. The people at the reception tried to help and talked with them a few times, but I also guess that the floors and ceiling are thin. The room was a bit old and had some door wear, etc. Curtains used to block the light from outside did not fully cover and there was quite a lot of light coming in when the sun was up outside.

We were greeted with warmth and professionalism by the staff, who made sure my stay was as comfortable as possible. The apartment itself was spacious and well-appointed, providing all the amenities we needed for a relaxing stay. The bed was incredibly comfortable, ensuring a restful night's sleep after a long day of exploring the city. The cleanliness of the room was impeccable, with housekeeping doing an excellent job of keeping everything in order.

The bathroom was a bit tired and could use some updates. The water was leaking from the shower into the floor. Though, it was still clean and functional, so it didn't detract too much from the overall experience. The shower had good water pressure, and there were plenty of fluffy towels provided.

All the staff we met were really lovely, especially those who helped us out when one of us got sick and we had to move rooms to stay an extra unplanned night. They are extremely kind, they respond quickly to all enquiries, and speak many languages. Staff are 10/10! The location is excellent. It's very close to Plaça España, metro and bus stops (including the airport bus), and within walking distance of the park, tourist attractions, places to eat and drink, and grocery shops. The apartments, although plain, are comfy and have what you need for basic self-catering. This is neither good nor bad, just a tip for others: bring earplugs! There is noise from the street and neighbours day and night (to be expected in a city).

The digital check-in process is annoying. You have to pre-register on a link that comes by SMS, pay, get another link for a code, use two different codes to open the doors etc. In the end, it all failed so we just rang the doorbell and picked up key cards, which is much easier! Booking.com stated the final price and said it was inclusive of all taxes. It's not. You also have to pay a city tax per person per night, pay a EUR 40 'cleaning fee', and leave a EUR 150 security deposit (which should be refundable, although we haven't received ours back yet). I don't know if this is Booking.com's fault or the property's but it's misleading. Air conditioning was too noisy to use in one of the bedrooms.

We arrived in the evening and reception was open and very kind stuff met us. Apartment was on the 2nd floor and just like on photos It was bigger than expected, well equiped and we found everything we needed. Clean and nice. Coffee machine and coffee capsules& sugar were provided. Washing machine is a great advantage. We had a small balcony overlooking the backyard and roofs. Felt safe in the building and the area. Excellent location, very well connected to airport and all other areas. Beds were nice and comfortable enough, though pillows could be better. Many supermarkets all around area, cafes and restaurants. They didn't ask for a deposit, which was very convenient.

Nothing. It was an excellent option for our short stay and value for money.

Situated in a convenient location with good transport options nearby. The apartment provided the facilities that we needed for our stay and staff were friendly and helpful.

The third bedroom had no air conditioning

They were able to clean my apartment and let me in a few hours early, which I was very appreciative of after an international flight. The front desk attendant was very friendly and the accommodations were comfortable. I appreciated having a proper refrigerator and freezer in the space and the wifi was strong enough to be able to take video calls for work. Also, the location was fantastic for wandering around Montjuic and about 1.5 miles from Las Ramblas.

I wish the floors were a bit cleaner and that the TV was a tiny bit larger. The AC took some tinkering to figure out how to work, so I wish that had come with instructions.
