Modern, in good shape

Limited parking, and the overflow parking in the back (behind the hotel) did not have door accessibility into the hotel. In other words, if you parked way out back, you had to walk clear around this sizable building to the front to get in. There are exit doors at the back, so you could go out, but these same doors do not have the capability for you (as a key card holding guest of the hotel) to buzz yourself back in with your room key!!!! NEVER heard of something so silly, as I’ve (at every other hotel I’ve ever stayed at) been able to come and go through side and rear doors with my room key!!!!!!

The room was clean and neat. The beds and pillows were very comfortable. Warm breakfast was very nice. The whole family liked it. The room condition was exactly the same as what appears at booking site.

On the day we stayed, the wind was very strong at night and we could literally feel that strong wind blew in to the room. I suppose there was a "slit" under the heater where the wind could blow in to the room - which is unacceptable. The staff suggested to block the wind using extra blankets as there was no one who could fix it at night time. Blankets worked to some degree. But, definitely, the wall under the heater needs repair.

Enjoyed the breakfast a nice choice between hot and cold foods along with juice milk and coffee. The juice could be a little better tasted a bit watered down but overall it was good. Nice clean rooms helpful friendly staff. Dennys next door. Good bang for your buck.

Hotel & Room was clean. Cleaning staff daily basis did room service, bedding, new Towel, vaccume etc. There is a Pool and GYM as well. Breakfast was good, almost everything you needed for breakfast. Free tea/coffee and water 24 x 7 at Reception. Location was good close to HWYs. Internet speed was also good.

Staff at Kitchen some time rushed to remove some of the breakfast stuff before closing time at 10:00am Breakfast time starts from 6:00am to 10:00am but at around 9:45 Milk / Cereals removed from counter which i don't feel good. Other then that kitchen staff were good and filling all the breakfast stuff quickly.

Everything was very fresh cleaned, the breakfast staff was very kind and helpful. Rooms are roomy and cozy. I slept very well because outside of the site isn't noisy. The best part of my stay is the free parking lot. So good for me that I could save money.

Nothing, everything was in my expectations. There were only a misunderstood, i was told housekeping will be every other day, but they didn't past for 3 days in a row. It doesn't disturbing anything about my stay though. Everything was perfect.

The free breakfast actually surprised me, to be honest. I thought or assumed it would be Continental Breakfast at this hotel. Fortunately to our surprise, the hotel served FULL breakfast! There was a juice station, coffee station, pastries and breads of varying types. Cereal, oatmeal, milk, water and soda machine (self-serve), as well as several Belgian waffle makers with toppings, scrambled eggs, sausage and breakfast potatoes. Even the front desk reservationist and maintenance/housekeeping staff were super friendly and nice. The entire lobby area and our hotel room was very clean and loved our stay. Location was perfect driving between Orange County areas and downtown LA proper. All in all, my friends and I plan on staying here again in the future and highly recommend any Best Western Plus Hotel for hotel accommodation and travel needs.

The breakfast each day was AWESOME! Delicious and a little different each day. The entire hotel and room were very clean, they smelled clean, and you could always see some member of the team cleaning or maintaining different areas. Beds were comfy and I liked that I had a closet and some drawers to unpack into, as I was staying a full week. The room came equipped with a microwave and fridge, which made a long stay easier as well. As this meant I could reheat food and store cold drunks and snacks to save money. Loved the bathroom products supplied!! Pharmacopia shampoo , conditioner, hand soap, and lotion all in Citrus scent. They wer fabulous! The pool and area was fabulous.

I was on the ground floor, and unfortunately the curtains do not actually open/close. So the only thing was a thin set of sheers. This made changing extremely uncomfortable. The air conditioning in the room was very welcomed as it was a hot week, however was very very loud and would wake me multiple times when it kicked on/off. Parking was mostly behind the hotel, and from what I could see the only way to enter the hotel after hours was through the front door. So late at night after excursions, returning to my hotel, most parking was full. I would have to park way around the back, and walk to the front (by myself) as I did not find a door with keycard access at the back.

We booked 3 nights stay at this hotel for our visit to Los Angeles and we had a great experience at this hotel. Firstly we checked in at around 10 pm which I earlier communicated to them over phone and I faced no hassle. There was plenty of parking, however as we were late we didn’t get a spot up close to the entrance. But one thing to mention here, there was 24*7 security personnel at the parking site manning the cars and that was a great thing even if your car is parked up far from the entrance. The rooms were clean and spacious. There was daily housekeeping. And the breakfast was delicious with lot of vegetables options as well. There was a different menu every single day. Overall this was a 5/5 experience at this place.

Me and my girlfriend had a wonderful time there. The staff was courteous, the room was clean and well stocked, the breakfasts were exceptional, and everything was quiet.

The only thing I can think of is to remove the Denny's logo and Billboards around your area because of the recent fire and it burned down so it's no longer accessible. We were kind of bummed we weren't able to get meals there but we figured it out.
