Clean room, comfortable bed, easy check-in. A bonus is the bathroom which is large with a good-sized tub instead of the narrow tub and toilet area with a separate place for the sink like many hotels have now.

I always bring my own oatmeal to cook in the room but I also check the breakfast room. There wasn't much available. I didn't ask whether there was more since I already had my cereal.

Nice place with good breakfast. The pool area was open and had an acceptable standard. The room was clean and you can watch the beautiful sunrise from your window.

The staff could have been a bit friendlier. Not much information about the breakfast area. In general, if you don't ask, you don't get any information. The area is ok, but we felt a bit unsafe when walking back and forth to the city centre at night. Ukiah has bad street lightning and there is a lot of shady things going on in the shadows. Be careful and street smart if you're travelling alone.

I liked everything about our stay and room. The bed was super comfortable, the appliances were new. The room was very clean and everything functioned well. The staff was kind and responsive. The wifi was very reliable. I didn't use the pool but that was a nice additional amenity.

There was a bit of a musty smell in the room. The pillows could have been fluffier and firmer. Other than that, I was extremely comfortable and happy there.

The staff were so friendly. The room was super clean. The sheets smelled so fresh. I can't climb stairs so they gave me a room downstairs close to the breakfast room. There were lots of food choices for breakfast. I loved the little muffins. I had a wonderful stay.

We like everything about this property…….quiet location, exceptionally thoughtful kind owners, attractive rooms with everything needed, and a full sausage, egg, waffle and everything else breakfast. It’s our regular nesting place when visiting family in Ukiah.

Clean, well lite. Room clean & very comfortable. Breakfast selection & quality about 5/10. Rotating items would be nice.

The smell of pot outside. Fortunately I did not smell in my room. Hard getting my key to work to get in my room. Kept taking multiple attempts.

The room was clean and good smelling (especially compared to the place where we stayed 1 night before). Had bathtub. Breakfast is from 6:30 to 9:30. It was pretty good, there were cereals, yogurts, oatmeal, toasts, danishes, fruits, waffles, eggs, sausages, hot drinks and juices. They ran out of coffee close to the end of breakfast, but it was fine since we got 1st cup of coffee earlier and came for the 2nd cup that moment. Nice receptionist.

They added $2.50 property surcharge which wasn't mentioned anywhere. It's not a big money, but still unpleasant since they didn't let me know about it. Bathroom door was getting stuck on the floor.

The breakfast was good and fresh. The location was also convenient. There was sufficient parking in the lot. The temperatute in the room was adjustable. The room service was flexible.

The room was smaller than indicated in the reservation ad. There were a few very large trucks in the lot which made it challenging to move about the parking lot. The option to check-in earlier was not provided.

Affordable, clean, spacious and comfortable bed. Great breakfast options too! Me and my boyfriend loved staying here!

I felt like one of the workers was annoyed with me but to be fair, my clumsiness in the breakfast room and forgetfulness had him doing more work than he needed to. I felt bad.
