Super impressed with Spark and staff.

The guest above us jumped, moved furniture, dropped heavy objects till early morning hours. I did call the front desk around 9p to ask if carpet was being cleaned and furniture being moved. The young lady at front desk was very accommodating and said if it continued to contact her and she would try to resolve. We decided not to do so in case we experienced retaliation to us or her since it would be obvious where the complaint came from. The behavior was very erratic. When my husband checked in there was another guest being extremely unreasonable with staff. My husband said the young lady handled it politely and as best she could. I believe this was the same young lady that answered the phone when I called.

the room was fine . the staff was kind of rude . I was told after I got there that there was a $50 deposit due which I had only $100 bills and they had no change so I was force's to leave my $100 and when I asked for a receipt they didn't want to give me one for my deposit but I demanded a receipt or my money because I didn't want any problems getting it back the next day. it took over 30 minutes for them to come up with a receipt for the deposit. the next day breakfast was bad only begals and muffins and coffee the oj was water and the cereal was out but no milk apparently the girl who sets up breakfast was a no show.

The room was spacious with all-new furniture, making it feel fresh and modern. The air conditioning worked perfectly, keeping the room nice and cool. I also appreciated the new hair dryer in the bathroom, which was a nice touch. There was plenty of parking space, and the breakfast was great with a comfortable dining area.

Although my stay was comfortable, I felt the parking lot seemed a bit unsafe, which made me take all of my belongings out of the car and up to my room. It was also a bit inconvenient since my room was on the 2nd floor, and I had to carry everything up the stairs.

Cleaning room service during our stay could be better, chambermaid didn’t speak english, didn’t have clean towels we had to ask for and wait for toiletpaper etc. Synthetic bedlinen Some plants and sunshades by the pool would be great.

12/2024 they are in the process of remodeling. Our room was completely refurbished. The bed was comfortable and the room was large and clean. Good value. Breakfast was just the normal. Hopefully the nightly rates don't increase after the remodeling is complete. We travel thru that area twice a year. We will return as long as the nightly rates remain reasonable.

Location wasn't great but not bad either. No real parking for larger pulling rigs

The room was clean and I think probably almost new as there was remodeling being done with all the rooms. The room itself was quiet. Didn't hear loud people or kids or traffic. And the AC worked really great.

Our room smelled of paint. There were no curtains so no view. Felt kinda closed in. I understand there's renovations being done as there was part of the facility sectioned off. Lots of tall weeds in the front. Kinda looked Junkie from the street.

The property is being renovated so when we entered our room it was literally brand new! i was Leary about staying the night at any hotel but this place was exceptionally clean all furniture, rug, appliances brand new, bedding also! We loved and and will recommend it to all we know

Location is not the greatest roads are damaged from big rigs but hotel is gated and felt safe

Recently renovated room was shiny and clean and comfy. Rooms face the courtyard so hwy 5 noise was hardly audible. Staff folks were very nice. Pool looked beautiful! Variety of dinner options nearby.

No plugs by the bed. However the whole place is under renovation so this minor inconvenience may be fixed soon.

The rooms were exceptionally clean, the beds were very comfortable. I really liked to the grassy area as well, it was a dog friendly property, which was necessary for my travels. I also thought every staff member that I encountered were incredibly nice and professional.

Location was close to where we were working. Beds were comfortable. Room was warm. Shower/bath met our needs.

Continental breakfast was only breads. No eggs, sausage, or bacon. No herbal teas. Construction messes all over outdoors. Our windows was boarded up so no view of outside was available.
