Everything was great, the room was in great condition altho as we walked in we did notice the TV was left on, the staff thought maybe housekeeping left it on.

I was told by the original Holiday Inn website there wasn't a pool, so I didn't bring my suit. It is nice to take a dip after a long trip, that was disappointing! Dogs barking in hall way. I think if you have let's they should have a corner room.

Wow! This hotel has an on-site restaurant/bar, which is so nice especially after a long day's travel on the road. Easy on/off from I-95, great location, very clean, updated property, super staff, and a great night's rest! The restaurant has a great selection of food to choose from for B/L/ or D. We had a great dinner that was moderately priced. Hubs had chicken and I had salmon (yummy)! For breakfast you get a voucher, which we used. Breakfast was very good! Nice selection of libations if you choose to have one and prices are very good! The wait staff are great and so personable! We will definitely be back!!

The most comfortable bed and pillows of any hotel I ever stayed at. The staff especially the managager Kenya went above and beyond to help me. I was driving my 7 year old daughter to Disney from NYC we spent the night at the Holiday inn of Santee, SC in the morning my car would not start. And after 2 hours of waiting for AAA I told the front desk that I would pay for another day cause I didn't know how long I would be there. Kenya told me I could stay past check out while waiting then she asked the hotel maintenance man to jumpstart my car and got me back on the road in less than an hour. They saved daughter's trip to Disney

We were looking for a place to stay on our way home to north carolina from Florida. The room was great. The only issue was, we have two young sons that had been in a car for several hours. The reason we booked this particular hotel was because of the indoor pool, and it wasn't heated. My children were disappointed, and my husband too.

The indoor pool should be heated.

Very pleasant restaurant

I called to see if rooms were available and was told no. I went on booking.com and booked a room and walked in 5 mins after booking and got my room key and wasn't told any information, just handed the key and told have a nice stay. The restaurant was still open but I wasn't informed on anything pertaining to it..there was no info in the room on it and I just think those are things that should be addressed.

Breakfast from restaurant on site was good and the price was excellent!

We also ate at the on-site restaurant the night we got there. I ordered the sliders with vegetables and they were tasty! My husband, however, was very disappointed with the fish and chips… Said the fish didn’t taste very good. He ate most of it anyway because we were hungry and had been on the road all day. The quality of the fish and chips was not up to par.

Comfortable bed, and good night sleep.

No rooms on bottom floor for guests with dogs. Could not access the stairway door from reenter. Had to bring dog back in through the main lobby. But she enjoyed the quiet of the room.

Convient location and a bonus. There was a minor issue with the first room and the manager upgraded us immdiately to a suite, They just had the roof re-done and we found a small leak in the ceiling close to the door. We almost didn't say anything but I am glad we did. Letting the staff know early saved the hotel in larger costs and we got an upgraded room. Win win!

The location is great. It was a stop over for us enroute to orlando. Evening staff was fantastic top of the line very courteous very professional. Assured us that they will be waiting till we arrived. Once on property, the gentleman in the front office was very welcoming and helpful. Property is beautifully located with space for parking.

Morning staff was totally different, seemed they weren't morning people at all. Smoked right in front of the property. Room smelled damp though, seems the sheets on both beds didn't dry out properly. The shower curtain in our room didn't work at all.

I property and staff were wonderful. We were in town for a funeral and the room and amenities were great. We got to use the restaurant and the pool and made the best of it for the reason we were in town.

I wish the laundry worked better. We had to dry the clothes all day after they didn't completely dry after they washed.
