The staff was Brilliant!! The way she made our stay - Brilliant after a super long journey - I couldn’t say thank you enough to our night rep Dawntavia! She made us want to stay longer! Also - the rooms were incredible. Spotless, fresh clean scent, spacious, well equipped with everything you would want or need for a stay. I will definitely be looking out for Residence Inns when I travel! When it comes to hotels, Marriot properties are the best if you ask me!

That we arrived so late and couldn’t stay longer to enjoy the property more. But that’s definitely a personal problem 😉. Residence Inn did their ENTIRE thing! ❤️

Room size was good especially for 3 of us, breakfast was good and the location was ideal for what we wanted. Pool was warm and plenty of pool towels. Staff were very friendly.

Despite the hotel saying they offered veterans discount they would not put this onto my account saying this had to be done at the time of booking but there was no option to add the veterans details.

The breakfast was delicious. The entire staff, from front desk to Manuel, the maintenance fellow, to the dining room staff were attentive, friendly, conscientious and very helpful. They showed pride in their positions and in the hotel, itself!

They only had an outdoor pool and the weather wasn't the best. Wish there'd been an indoor pool.

The hotel overall had everything I like and expect out of a hotel. Rooms amazing I like the decor etc. Breakfast perfect!! Staff always smiling always. And they say goodmorning all of the staff . Location perfect. Publix is literally right there we love Publix felt like home. And mall also great felt like home. I actually live that close to both in my town. Great experience!!

I have nothing that I can recall that I didn't like.

The breakfast was plentiful, hot food daily and the staff was very helpful. The front desk ladies were knowledgeable of the area and extremely nice. The room was clean and when I needed something housekeeping was there within five minutes. Even the maintenance crew was friendly and spoke when they walked by while we were lounging in the patio area.

I wish the pool would have been open until 11:00pm.

Just a lovely stay. The room was incredible and the breakfast all though basic was very nice. the receptionist DSE was friendly helpful and just a delight (thank you DSE). I will definitely be coming back I can't say enough about how lovely the place is.

It was just everything and more that I wanted in fact it was perfect!

Rooms were a great size and the breakfast was the best and most varied at an American hotel I have stayed. Location was fantastic and really close to the mall.
