Breakfast was very good, better than most other hotels we've been to.

The fire alarm went off four times in the afternoon and early evening.

A standard HI Express Hotel, albeit with several tour groups. The location was convenient, with good access to the cruise terminal. The breakfast was good, with the usual hot choices. We love the fresh cinnamon rolls. Also the SOS with hot biscuits.

Parking was cramped. There were few restaurants near the hotel. The hotel was very close to a busy street. We thought the fee was a little high.

This location was clean and close to mini shopping complex for all of the little nick nacks that you forgot to travel with ex: dollar tree, Wendy's, McDonald's, biglots, wine and liquor store , etc. .... are all located directly across from hotel. staff was friendly overall. The shuttle service staff should definitely get a pay raise they were exceptional. Thankyou Jackson. Overall quiet, clean, location. Breakfast was good but could have been better in terms of choices, biscuits were hard.

Hard biscuits at breakfast, and minimal choices for vegetarians, vegans.

Efficient stay near the airport. Good breakfast served early and hotel shuttle which came quickly once called from the airport.

No restaurant but they did offer to shuttle us to a nearby Mexican restaurant and offer a free drink.

Bed was very comfortable, linens were awesome. Shower was great.

Having two staff at the front desk. One helping another guest with check in, other one on the phone. Neither acknowledged that we were there. The one on the phone just walked away and once the first was done with his guest, he just walked away???? Neither said, “I’ll be right back, I’ll be right with you, thanks for waiting???” Very poor customer service. Once the phone guy came back, I finally said, “is someone going to check us in?”

I didn't care nor eat the breakfast only had coffee, they only had PORK for breakfast for the meat selection and cheese omelet, pork omelet,oatmeal, pancakes and cereal.So I don't eat pork I went and had breakfast at a restaurant.Tgey should provide other breakfast meat like turkey

The bed was comfortable, the staff was friendly and brought us the extra towels we needed very quickly. The location was perfect for our overnight stay before our cruise. There was a shuttle available to the cruise port for a nominal fee per person.

The cost was a bit on the high side for an ordinary room, however we understood that the location being near the airport and the cruise port, was a convenient spot to stay and therefore knew the price would reflect that.

The staff at the hotel was exceptional. The gentleman that worked in the morning, looked like he was coordinating five jobs. He worked quickly and efficiently getting us to our room, organizing transportation to the ship, recommending places to eat, and providing directions not only to us, but it felt like to 100 other people. He was extremely busy running from place to place and person to person. The gentleman working the evening shift was personable and helped me solve a technical problem that I was unable to do on my own. He followed up with me later to make sure the problem was solved. I appreciated his help enormously.

I hated the public area of the hotel. The area was too small to accommodate the number of people that were there; it was crowded with no where to sit and it was loud. Additionally, there wasn't an easy path to local restaurants which were located across the street from a heavily trafficked area. The intersections were unusually far away and that would not have been so bad except for the fact that it was raining heavily.

Staff very helpful, very clean and well maintained. Great for stay close to the airport.

Only the booked shuttle bus to the airport didn't arrive in the morning, but person in the reception called taxi immediatelly and hotel paid for the transport to the reception.

Hailey at the front desk was amazing. She recommended a great seafood restaurant within a short cab ride that was excellent!! Kelly’s Landing New England Seafood Restaurant!! Hotel was Close to airport & cruise port. Clean comfy rooms & bathroom. Pool area clean & well kept… great for enjoying a little FL sun! Breakfast was the usual with a special treat, warm cinnamon rolls! They have a shuttle to & from FLL but not to or from cruise port. The area was safe & had a McDonalds across the street. We had a 2 night stay after a cruise and liked the cleanliness & front desk clerks were very helpful.

No cruise shuttle, but it was easy getting a cab or shuttle, so it was ok.
