Very good price/quality ratio, I will stay there again if I am in the area. The general facilities are good. The room had everything needed and was comfortable. There is enough parking space to park close to your room. The staff is friendly and helpful.

I would have like to have a bit more sound insulation in my room. The bathtub was in a bad state (paint delamination) but functional. The breakfast is ok but too cramped and the poor staff cannot keep up refilling food and drink.

The breakfast was very good. Daily scrambled eggs, sausage or other meat, the home fried potatoes were very tasty. We enjoyed the grounds. We enjoyed sitting outside in the pool and patio area. Location was handy to Old Town and restaurants.

There was no comfortable chair in the room. There was only one metal chair which felt uncomfortable after a while.

Proximity to parks, shops, and restaurants. However the staff was the highlight particularly Katharina! There simply are no words to express how amazing this human is and how appreciative I am for her help and kind words. She deserves a leadership position and then some.

A bit hidden doors were a bit hard to open or close well.

The hotel is simple, but you have everything you need and more The rooms are meticulously maintained and comfortable The pool and kids pool are both larger than most with comfortable lounge chairs all the way around both pools. Everything you need is nearby. We even did our school shopping and got 1st day school haircuts while we were relaxing. My 9 year old son and I have had a very difficult time since mommy died last year. There has been very little to smile about. We booked for one night, just to get away from everything and everyone. We arrived with snacks and bathing suits and not much more. We started telling "mommy" stories. Mommy loved going to hotels, especially with nice pools. Before we knew it, we were laughing and crying; celebrating mommy in every way. We extended our stay and then asked for a late checkout as well. The staff was amazing and helped us in every way they could! This was a small, 2-story hotel, not a huge resort. However, in all of my 62 years I have never had a more relaxing and fulfilling vacation. I have been around the world and stayed in some magnificent resorts but nothing compares to the experience that my son and I shared here in Kissimmee. The hotel is beautiful and clean. The staff made it world class!! Thank you for helping us to see the beauty in our struggle.

Great location for getting around, very nice and comfortable. Breakfast buffet was good.

Can’t grab breakfast on the go, staff posted at the doors and will not let you leave with any food.

The room was very clean and smelled pleasant. The beds were comfortable. Decent selection of food for the continental breakfast.

The water from the sink had a funny odor and taste. Most of the staff didn't speak English well or at all. The TV wasn't clear and had a lot of static over the picture. The cleaning staff took our hand towels and didn't replace them. There was only decaf coffee in the room. The continental breakfast was lacking meat one of the days. There was such a long line for the single waffle maker positioned in the middle of everything.

Breakfast wasnt enough for all the guests. You have to be earlier at the room otherwise you won't get any of the hot meals. We had go out to have breakfast at nearby restaurants.

My husband, 10 yr old son and myself stayed from Apr 5-17, 2024 to go to Disney World and Universal Studios. We arrived around midnight on Apr 5th and was greeted by a friendly staff member. We stayed in room 125 with 2 comfortable queen sized beds, a fridge, microwave and lots of counter space. Breakfast was pretty good. Lots to choose from. Our room was always cleaned with fresh towels every day. We used the pool almost every afternoon. The hotel was very quiet, we slept really well every night. It's walking distance to lots of restaurants, gift shops and a grocery store. We would 100% stay here again.

The room was outdated and had lots of visible renovations. But the staff's service and comfy beds definitely made up for that.

Location was ideal and the pictures were as described.

Heater took some time to heat the shower and my room had little light, but in general all was good.
