Very close to everything I needed and it was quiet.

The a/c was loud and the hallway had a VERY STRONG carpet deodorizer smell.

The place is very quite and clean , you can get some relaxation there , the staff are very friendly and meet you with a smile all the time. Special thank you to Wayn , the reception guy for his support he answer all questions and guide me to every place, Laura the beautiful lady who pay attention to every detail at tge breakfast , and meet yoi everyday with her smile , very recommemded place , Nice staff other girls in the reception and the house keeping are very professtional . The location is near to sawgrass outlet mall , the fountains and broward mall .

Everything was Amazing! The comfort and quiet for me was excellent. Very close to my work so the convenience was perfect. The breakfast about standing and the gentleman running it was super sweet and very helpful.

The morning after my first night I received a call from the front desk, while I was at my job, informing me that because I booked my second night stay 3rd party, I would need to come in and sign a paper and leave a security deposit AND they were charging me for a late checkout. I was already at my job and I was quite upset. They could have had me sign papers the day before when I checked in. When I said I refused the late checkout, I was out by 8:30am that morning, she told me I needed to come and get my belongings Immke and vacate the premises. This was rude and uncalled for. I would have used your facilities again. But this infuriated me and I will be calling corporate. You don’t treat paying customers in this manor. Ever!

I enjoyed everything and every single staff. This was my third visit This year and plan to book again for the end of September. This is my favorite place.

Iguanas I'm a Floridian of 58 years but the past 2 years I've lived in Georgia. I've never been found of them. On my last visit one came down out the tree while I was sitting on the patio closet to the front lobby. Scared the crap out of me. Other than that everything else was great.

The room was nice, bed was comfy. The location is great, close enough to restaurants and shops but not so close that it was hectic. The staff at the checkin/out counter were friendly and nice.

We stayed for a week and there was only strawberry/banana yogurt..and there was only sausage patties and cheese omelets. Would be nice to see a choice of yogurts and maybe hardboiled eggs now and then. The hot tub had a foot of foam while the jets were activated!

The breakfast was fresh every minute 😋👌💋HOT sausage cheese eggs waffles fresh to order 👏👏👏 the staff was super friendly and helpful with details of the cities adventures 🍽🎰💃 also with keeping the rooms stocked n fresh 😍👃🥰 smells so good the environment is remarkable from views to friendly faces. I love how there's multiple bell hops to load your belongings on off 👐🆓️🏆I CAN GO ON & ON 🙏✨️🙌 SUCH AN AMAZING PLACE TO ENJOY❣️❣️❣️

Ive stayed at different hotels in this area, and this hotel has to be one of the best experiences. Staff was extremely friendly made me feel very welcomed. Room was clean and comfortable. I loved this hotel. I will highly recommend this place to my friends and family. Loved the staff and everything else in this place. If you’re looking to stay somewhere for a night or more I recommend booking here. Absolutely wonderful

This hotel provided a very good breakfast and it was not a continental style breakfast. It had sausage and eggs and a lot of other very good selections to choose from. The area was clean and the food was very fresh.

There was nothing at this hotel that I did not like. Excellent staff and the rooms were very clean, neat, and no issues at all.

Almost everything but the room in particular was nice.

I arrived early and was met with the request for additional money. I think it was around 2 to 3hours. I have travelled worldwide for around 50 years and this is the first time I have experienced this request. The lady allowed me to enter the room a little early at no cost.

Location Location, location. That's why I've stayed there 5 times in the past 3 months. Pleased to report the roach problem that was very noticeable last stay have been controlled! This was the first stay on the 2nd floor. ( The others were all on the first )

The elevator seems like it's about to die any moment. It has a sign limiting it to 4 passengers at a time. I don't know if that is a hold over from covid or due to issues with the elevator itself. I pretty much went to using the stairs for my entire 4 night stay. My lady friend isn't as mobile as I am so I did get to experience it.
