Location is great to beach and restaurants. Laundry facility available. Staff were great.

Smaller basic room on lower floor. Larger room on 10th floor is much better with more space. Better view.

The room was great, spacious and clean. Staff was amiable and location is amazing.

The pool is closed, which was disappointing. Breakfast was very underwhelming.

The double room was great and allowed separation for different sleeping schedules. The room service was daily and wonderful. The staff was warm and wonderful.

No Ocean View anymore. A new building is being built (03/2025) and completely blocks the view to the ocean. That was the one request by my partner when booking a room and I thought I was getting. Parking is too expensive for a guest - 50aday is more than the rental itself! Otherwise a good place to stay.

Good location in Waikiki. Has recently been renovated and rooms were nice.

Very small shower. I paid extra for a view but when we got there they put us on 2nd flr with no view. When I questioned this they advised that all views were the same and no matter high far up you go there are no views to beach. We moved to the 8th flr and there was no view of the beach, so don't waste your money on paying more for a view.

Location was excellent! Easy walk to the beach and the supermarket across the road was a bonus :)

The construction works while we were there and the line up at the elevator but as the place was getting a refurbish for a better lobby / drop off area so it will make it more welcoming. The only other hold up was communication after we checked out as the delay in getting a refund on my credit card for the bond was painful....took a month!

The front desk staff were fantastic and very helpful. Enabled us to check in early due to my husband being very sick.

A little dated, under renovation I think. Needs full renovation. A little disappointed we where charged resort fees when pool was not in use.

Great location in walking distance to the beach, restaurants and shops. Very friendly and helpful staff members. A shout out to Dylan who does the tours bookings. He was extremely helpful with helping us book tours and sort out transport. Loved the new pool and spa area. We will definitely be staying here again.

The location was very convenient, which was next to the ABC Stores, International Market, and other restaurants. The staff were friendly and quick to service. The breakfast vouchers from the hotel gave us a limited items to choose from but they were great choices and very delicious! The room was clean and beds were made nicely everyday. Not such a tall hotel so the elevator arrived quickly. The air conditioning worked very good because it was really humid outside. There were a good amount of chairs and two desk, which made it comfortable to lounge and put your belongings on top of them.

The beds were small, therefore it made it difficult to be comfortable while sharing the bed with my significant other. The beds needed to be at least a queen size, but they were only full sizes. The shower area in the restroom was very tiny and in an awkward shape.

The location of the hotel is near of many bus stop, the beach and the international market. The room is a little bite old but is ok for the 5 days stay. The staff are helpful, very kind.

The bed was comfortable and I had a nice view from my room though the balcony was off-limits maybe because of security reasons. It's a quieter side of the area compared to the hotels along Waikiki Beach. The staffs are nice and efficient. Very good location! Since the hotel is located along Ka'iulani Ave., it's in the center when you are going to the beach and the restaurants and shops along Kuhio Ave.

The hotel is outdated. The lobby wasn't vibrant and welcoming. Since a lot of people are arriving earlier than the actual check-in time, they should provide a cozy sofa or chairs where everyone can sit and rest while waiting.
