- Beautiful property with well furnished units that are clean and nicely equipped - Units are refilled with coffee, washing machine detergent and dishwasher pods at your request - Relatively close by car to the 2 free best beaches (look no further, we tested them all). Snorkeling: Honaunau Bay, which is marked as Two Step Beach on Google maps. Chilling / swimming / jumping in the waves: Manini’owali Beach (Kua Bay) which has most beautiful white sand and tropical vibe equipped with showers and restrooms - KTA Superstores supermarket next door has an amazing selection of fresh wild caught ahi, blue marlin and other poke types to enjoy with a good bottle of rosé wine on the balcony of your unit :)

- never in my life had to deal with 3 different people at the same time upon check in. Greeted by one, getting some paperwork from another and then greeted by a sales person who started doing sales pitches immediately after my long journey to the hotel. - Numerous phone calls from Michael and his staff member from the sales team both on the unit phone, on my personal cell phone and messages on my phone. I mentioned very clearly that I wasn’t willing to sacrifice 90 minutes of my vacation time for receiving a “prize that I won”. Prizes don’t have strings attached to them. Despite my 4 refusals I continued to receive phone calls and messages on every day of my stay. I felt pressure and intrusion of my personal time during my vacation.

Condos were clean and very roomy. Furniture and amenities were in good condition. 1 Restaurant/Bar on property

No beach access on property. Nearby public beaches are 10mins away (by car) Most of the restaurants/eating options are about 15-20mins away

Room was clean and very large. Has all we needed including full size kitchen, beds very comfortable, lounge chairs also very comfy. Pools and spas were great. Close to supermarket for essential food items

Small onsite restaurant and bar. Would like to see this area extend its hours and it’s menu. One young lady working on the splash shop(equipment hire) was rude and clearly hates her job! She was the worst thing about our stay. We turned up at shop To hire snorkel equipment 3 minutes before opening time and was told when we stepped inside that they weren’t open and to come back when they were. Waited for 3mins till opening time then she was indifferent.

The kitchen and supply for eating and cooking was awesome! Loved the coffee maker. Loved that there were 2 bathrooms even in the 1 bedroom suite we stayed in. Loved the patio and grilling facilities. Everything was well within walking. Loved the views of ocean. We saw whales!

The pool was not heated but it was good enough on 82 degrees days. TV was a bit fussy. Sometimes it worked other times it did not? We didn't watch a lot but at night ti wind down.

It's free for parking. Reception is very nice and ready to help. Location is fine and there is a shopping and dining centre only a few minutes' walk. View is fantastic and we had our dinner on the balcony watching the beautiful sunset on the sea.

Expensive. Not very convenient to reach the nearest beach.

Nice helpful staff, gas grills, full kitchen, close to KTA grocery store, nice sunsets, sport activities, nice pool, close to beaches and highway, great value

Beach access would have been nice, partnership with ocean activities would be nice, best snorkeling was very close but closed while we were there :(

The property has multiple pools, jacuzzis and grills, although we didn't have the opportunity to make much use of them while we stayed. The kitchenette was very adequate, and for longer stays with family, the convenience of a nearby grocery store and easy cooking options would make staying here very affordable. It was also very convenient to the touristy areas of Kona-Kailua without being too close. The sunset views from the edge of the property, particularly close to the golf course, were very well worth it the stroll.

The time share hustling was borderline unacceptable. Check in was efficient, but we were only given one room key despite 4 people per room. The idea was that in order to get more room keys, you had to talk to a Wyndham timeshare salesdrone, who made the conversation painful with the "what activities do you have scheduled? Oh we have a partner group that can take you to that, all you have to do is give up 2 hours of your vacation time and we can offer you a miserably laughable discount." I was as polite to these folks as I could be, but eventually had to flat out tell them I wasn't about to waste my vacation time listening to sales pitches and to just give me the activity fliers and keys.

I had put in a request to be in a unit next to our friends who were already staying there and they were able to put us right next to them. The unit itself was huge! We were in a 2 bedroom unit that had a huge living room, full kitchen, washer and dryer, a dining room with a large table, and a huge lanai! We were there for my daughter’s high school track meet so it was nice to be able to meet with our friends in our room to eat, drink and make lei’s for the kids. We are also big volleyball fans and although we didn’t have time on this trip to utilize the facilities to its fullest, there was a really nice sand volleyball court! The net didn’t match the quality of the court but that’s minor.

The maintenance team responded fast for problems. The 2 bathrooms for a one bedroom is a plus.

The dresser drawers are not closing properly. Kept opening and can’t use them. Had to leave my clothes in my suitcase. Might need a new dresser. The dishwasher had a bad smell and found out there was stagnant water. Called maintenance and came right away to drain the water. In the future, I think anything that is not working in the room should be reported by housekeeping so whatever the problem s are could get fixed before check in.

Beautiful location, beautiful grounds. Ample parking. Clean unit. Nice little restaurant and bar. We went to Kona for a destination wedding. Most of the guests stayed here. Made it very convenient. Staff were very nice. Grounds and pool were clean.

The Internet was very spotty couldn’t get on for hours at a time in peak periods. In this day and age, and at that location and price point, the resort should do better. Others in our party, in other buildings, had the same experience. No housekeeping services during our stay. We could call for what we wanted, but that is not the same. And no cleaning materials in the unit except a broom. Since the pandemic it seems many resorts are offering less in housekeeping services. We did not “opt” out of the housekeeping as one staff member said. Having housekeeping even once during the week would have been nice. But this is a condo complex, not a hotel.
