The ocean view is impeccable. From the lanai, We could watch surfers ride the waves every morning at breakfast and enjoy unforgettable sunsets every evening over dinner. The condo is very new, spacious, beautifully decorated and nicely furnished. Location is very close to Kahalu’u Beach where we went surfing and snorkeling and a short drive to historic Kailua Village. The host was very responsive and proactive. We found a few small issues and the host went above and beyond to quickly resolve them. We highly recommend this property.

When the tide was out, I loved "tide pooling". The view from the balcony was amazing. It was easy to park. The thoughtfulness in the furnishing of the condo was nearly perfect: from books about the area, to kitchen items, to a pair of binoculars in the living room area, to a cool chest and ice in the freezer. The pool/whirlpool was clean and fun, too.

The bed had a pillow top...nice thought, but it came up past my behind when I stood next to it. I'm 5' 9 1/2". I could get into the bed, but how does someone 5'2" get in? The owner provided a step and a 2 step ladder in the kitchen. My disabled husband had a very hard time getting in and my helping him put my back at risk. I say choose another mattress that is lower to the floor.

We loved this condo! The view from the lanai is STUNNING! Honestly I have never seen any property so close to the ocean - this is as oceanfront as it gets! The unit faces west so in addition to the stunning views during the day, you can enjoy gorgeous sunsets every night on the very large lanai! Lie in bed and enjoy the gorgeous view of the ocean and the palm trees! The unit is immaculate and completely remodeled with white cabinets and thick quartz counters, quality appliances and a full size washer and dryer. The hosts were extremely attentive and very gracious! There were so many extras, full bottles of bath and body works hand soap in each bathroom and kitchen, a complimentary bag of delicious Kona coffee, complimentary laundry detergent (I have never seen this before), Aveda toiletries, high end, heavy Lenox silverware, high quality utensils, high quality everything — garbage bags, sheets, toilet paper, glasses, mugs, and a Henkel s knife block, Brita pitcher with filters, beach chairs, umbrella, extra pillows, cozy lounge chairs, and very comfortable beds with great pillows! This unit had three air conditioners when most in this development have only one A/C unit and every room also had a ceiling fan! There were two large screen TVS and the hosts included a bunch of streaming channels! They also had a blue ray player with an assortment of movies, binoculars, a cooler, beach towels. a Hawaii travel guide for the island , and a large impressive tool kit that my husband used gratefully to make repairs to his bike before the Ironman race! When I messaged the hosts, they replied immediately.

The condo is beautiful, clean, well stocked, and in an amazing location.

I don’t really have anything that I didn’t like about the property. My one suggestion would be to have better explanations regarding how to use the TV remotes, and the light/Fan switches.

The location was excellent with a private lagoon for snorkeling! The condo complex is older, but well maintained. This unit has been nicely remodeled with air conditioning and is well appointed. The hosts were very responsive to us and met all our needs. Highly recommend this unit!

The location right on the ocean. The condo was very clean and comfortable. It had all the amenities we needed. Lee and Courtney, the managers, were wonderfully helpful, professional, and gracious.
