Fabulous location near lots of restaurants and shops. Great pool and spa to enjoy and the beach is just steps away. The room is small but arranged very nicely and has everything you need. The host was very helpful when we had issues getting into the room when the code didn't work at first and she was very gracious to extend our check-out by 2 hours because we had a late afternoon flight. I would recommend this property to friends as it was very comfortable and we enjoyed it very much.

Very conveniently located- 2 minute walk from lots of shops and restaurants, less than 10 to most of the tourist area of Kona. Lovely modern facilities and decor, very comfortable bed, useful supplies in the kitchen including laundry tablets, cleaning wipes and food prep tools. Perfect size for a couple. Host was incredibly supportive and thoughtful, and responded to texts almost instantly. Access to laundry and a lovely pool and hot tub. A great place to begin our honeymoon!

There were a couple of areas that could have been slightly cleaner (dust, hairs) but these were very minimal. There were a couple of days we were without hot water but the host did all she could to resolve the issue and gave us a very generous partial refund. It was so hot in Kona that it wasn’t the end of the world anyway!

It’s central to shops dining and some beaches easy to walk to them all.

The bed dips in and was a bit uncomfortable.

Unit 110 is awesome. The owners did a great job making maximum use of the relatively small space. It is pretty to look at and comfortable to live in. It has plenty of storage, the kitchen pretty well stocked, the shower is beautiful, and there’s a deck box on the lanai with beach chairs, coolers and a beach umbrella. The front-desk check-in process was super easy, and the desk clerk was very friendly and helpful. The resort backs onto Alii Drive, with shops and restaurants within a few blocks on either direction, so the location is perfect. I also loved that the resort staff lit tiki torches all over the resort every evening; it provided great ambience.

My only suggestions to make the kitchen even more useful would be to add a vegetable peeler and a blender. Otherwise, great job - can’t wait to come back.

Fantastic location. Very close to great restaurants and cafés. Lovely decor. It’s been renovated recently. So it’s really nice, clean and pleasant. Comfortable bed. I enjoyed my breakfast on the lovely terrace. There are great equipments for going to the beach although I never had a chance to use them. There are BBQ facilities by their poolside and a spa in the middle of the complex. They all seemed well maintained. I never got to use them as I was busy with my friends’ wedding events. Lori was very quick to respond to my messages and was very nice. I only got to know one receptionist who was there for my check-in and the last day when I checked out. She was also really lovely. Overall, this is a very comfortable and perfect place for a single traveller like myself. I would stay here again. Mahalo Lori. :)

The air conditioner was noisy. But I understand it’s a standard one for this complex. I had it turned off during the night till late morning. So it was nice and quite. Then I heard lots of birds singing in the morning. With the air conditioning on, you wouldn’t hear them.

I did not have breakfast on property

I liked everything about the room, furniture, I liked that there was a microwave and a toaster, plates , utensils and glasses . Room was clean and air conditioner worked well. The patio had beautiful seating. The shower was remodeled and had built in bath amenities. If I were to change one think I would make the wall color a softer choice not so bold . But I would come back and stay in the exact unit again.

I loved how the studio was decorated. It made you feel like you were vacationing on an island. I also loved that it was stocked with everything you’d need, from beach chairs and snorkeling gear to coffee and sunscreens/first aid kits. The bed was a bit soft for us but still comfortable. This condo is located in the center of everything. No need to have a car at all which was what we wanted. We walked everywhere. The pool and hot tub were a nice added touch. Perfect place for a couple. We had a great time.

The only thing I’d change was the fact that the bathroom sink and kitchen sink are the same. It’s a little strange to have the bathroom in the kitchen but that’s no fault of the host. Just badly designed that way.

Property is in perfect location. Local shops and restaurants are within walking distance. Property has everything you could need. Please note the hot water in the shower takes a while to come through, be patient the hot water is coming. The mattress is a firm mattress, if you prefer soft mattresses this may not be the bed for you.

The unit was beautiful. Excellent location. Close to the beach, restaurants and stores. Very well decorated and spacious. It had everything we needed and more. I loved it so much. I would recommend it to my friends and family.

There's nothing to dislike. Except the Jacuzzi wasn't fully working. Some of the jets didn't work.

Very comfortable, immaculate unit. The owner had made every effort to make the condo pleasant and functional. Also a very good location. Exactly what I was hoping it would be.
