We loved the location, view and beach. Swimming early in the morning and at sunset is something I'll always remember. Our apartment was also great, with a good kitchen and view, nice bedrooms and verandas. The valet staff were wonderful, really all of the staff were kind and helpful. We were able to rent snorkel gear onsite and explore the lagoons - also a lot of fun although we didn't see very much.

The "welcome" experience felt like a long sales pitch, which was hard after a long flight. This happened a few times during our stay, either getting texts or phone calls that were sales pitches. It was odd enough that we probably wouldn't go back. Otherwise we loved everything else.

We liked that the pools were open late. Food and service at Longboards was good. Check-in and check-out were convenient. We didn't have time to fully enjoy all of the amenities but we enjoyed our stay.

The receptionist at the welcome center led us to believe that we could use our visitors discount card at the souvenir shop which was not correct. We didn't get a chance to use it at all. Also, any discounts we were offered were useless as we either checked in too late or had to check out too early. It was disappointing.

Beautiful. Even though it was large everything was easily accessible. Our room was beautiful, kitchen was wonderful, very quiet. Maid service, valet were very courteous, helpful.

Pool work in the morning was a bit noisy, however we were told about it prior to arrival. Went to the timeshare presentation-had a bad experience with Jackie. She made us feel foolish about what we had spent for our stay. Hard to forget her words and how she made us feel.

The water, beach, grounds & pool very beautiful

The room is very tiny and very basic. There barely any room on the balcony and the furniture not comfortable at all. The distance to walk to shops or eat a car was needed. We came here for our anniversary and nothing mentioned or placed in our room like we Experience everywhere yearly -it’s very expensive here for the room

The suite was spacious. Beds were comfortable. The kitchen was stocked with a variety of cookware, serving plates and utensils. The washer dryer was very convenient. The hotel provided detergent and dishwashing soap, etc. - all the amenities. Staff always had a smile on their face. The beach was very tranquil. The landscaping was beautiful. We would highly recommend this hotel to our family and friends.

Nothing. It was fantastic!

We had difficulties entering the parking garage. We had to go to the front desk at least 3 times to get our card rebooted and eventually changed. It didn't work until the last evening we were there. Was a bit of a hassle.

Situated in one of the four coves. Beautiful location. Efficient staff. Cabanas on the beach are excellent albeit expensive.

Starting to show its age. Hassle trying to get a spot around the pool. Noisy fitness classes in the pool all morning. Gym was crazy busy in the morning. Noisy room if you get one that had adjoining door and inconsiderate neighbors.

The property itself and the staff are fantastic. The property is right on the lagoon and is perfect for swimming safely with kids. The grounds are well maintained and gorgeous. The 1 bedroom villa we had was spacious and well appointed. Our two kids under 10 slept comfortably on the pull-out couch. Also, they offer many activities on the grounds and have multiple pools and hot tubs.

I wished they had offered breakfast options. Unless you want to go to the market and get a Starbuck's breakfast (to go) or make a reservation for the fancier restaurant's buffet, there is not a breakfast option. There is no room service nor a typical breakfast option. Also, our room's key card reader didn't have a battery so we had to wait after a VERY long day of travel for their staff to come and fix it before we could enter our room.

Location, beautiful grounds, splendid entertainment, views, accessible ocean and pools.

Gym was a little lacking. Must rent car, not in the middle of shopping ( I like that, kids didn't)

Lagoon is nice way to swim in ocean while seeing these waves, but not experiencing them. Ocean view is great

I know that this is Hawaii I know that this is man-made lagoons I know that this is Marriott I know that this is ocean view But 750$ per night… I would expect at least breakfast included. All these hotels are located so far away from each other, so you can’t just stop by at coffee house. You have to use a car.
