Enjoyed our 6 night stay. The staff was very accommodating and did their best to ensure we had a great experience. Property was beautifully maintained and offered a lot of food options, multiple pools, and a lovely beach area on the very calm bay. Cleaning and concierge staff were very warm and helpful. We were given lots of attention throughout our stay and offered many complimentary items throughout each day such as bottled water, extra Nespresso pods in our room, anniversary gifts for our wedding anniversary and a beach bag to use during the stay. We had some issues with the room we were initially given and were upgraded to an ocean-view room right away as a result. The complimentary departure lounge was a cherry on top, which can be used by anyone who would like to take a shower, repack, and prepare for their departure after they've already checked out. We used it for an hour to get ready for our flight after spending the whole day enjoying the property on our last day. We were also given complimentary late check-out until 2pm, but this may be because of the length of our stay. Although the West coast of the island was not our favourite coast overall, we did enjoy the calm bays of Ko'olina and the beautiful sunsets. The hotel is also located very close to the airport – it only took 20 minutes to get there when we departed. Would highly recommend if you're looking to stay on the West Coast and are looking for luxury accommodations in a quiet part of O'ahu.

Finely presented, exceptionally friendly and professional front of house, concierge and restaurant staff. Restaurant food was excellent quality.

We booked 2 adjoining rooms for 3 nights. One of the rooms’ availability was delayed until 5pm on day of check in since hotel was fully booked. Housekeeping did not service rooms one of the days. To be fair the hotel compensated is for the above oversights, but they should not happen at this standard of hotel. Despite double room rate of $1150/night, no breakfast was included. I recommend they just include breakfast in the overall room tariff than try to chase an extra 30-40 bucks to avoid irritating their generous clientele.

Break fast and all meals/restaurants were fabulous! Staff were fantastic, just the best! And the facilities and surroundings just unbelievable! We picked this hotel because another lady had left a review saying how her stay was so amazing it ruined other holidays for her and I completely agree and am so glad we went! The stargazing and the sound bath activities were SO wonderful and delivered by the best people!! Thank you!

The infinity pool was our favorite The bed mattress was fabulous Padded chaise and chairs on the lanai

Carpet was pretty tired. The first ocean front room we were given had half the view blocked by a building. Surprised they thought it should be considered ocean front. We asked to be moved. Room was better, but not completely unobstructed, which is what I expected.

Almost everything, the staff, facilities, the beach is anazing

There was a problem with yhe water one day and they did not have a contingency plan , the staff did everything to keep us confortable, but for the money they charge they should an emergency pump.

We loved the professional staff. They were relentless all day long at the pool ensuring we got everything we wanted.

I didn’t like the parking situation. It’s either valet or not. Not many other self parking lots around and automatic charge for over night parking.

Beautiful location . Perfect ambiance for relaxing and taking a break from busy life. The cove was perfect to take a swim in the ocean. Many pools on property to pick from to enjoy. The Ohana pool was my favorite. Mina’s Fish house and Noe restaurants were both beautiful and delicious.

Wonderful and clean room, great balcony, and plenty of pool seating and easy access to the private lagoon. The dining options are very tasty but a bit overpriced, at least for the cafe options. Service was also awesome.

Overall atmosphere, view and restaurants

My room smelled a bit moldy. Maybe it was the air coming from old/moldy air conditioner. There weren’t many activities offered. There was no cold plunge in the men’s sauna / spa.

Loved the private beach, facilities (sunscreen, waters, towels) Spa was incredible - best massage. However, these were not in the huts as pictured and requested and as a special occasion I was dissapointed. We did the snorkel canoe tour - ended up being just us - amazing guides super friendly

Only thing we could fault was food on beach, orders came out wrong time and food wasn’t good.
