Wow. Nice location, roomy parking, Easy check in-out. The staff ( evening AND early morning !) were absolutely stellar. So friendly and helpful. The housekeeping staff were also helpful when I had a question & they were in the hall. The room was spotless & beautiful. Clean-smelling too; fresh but not w/ the overpowering "clorox-cleaner" smell. Bathroom was spotless & the shower was magnificent. Loved the Dove liquid products. COFFEE!! ( Extra thanks for decaf pods which I drink at night!!!) Also loved the blackout shade. Variable temp control was really nice! Bed was ridiculously comfy.TV went out but I used wifi for laptop viewing. We did have a heavy rain/storm so might have knocked it out. 3am wake-up call was BRILLIANT! Thanks so much!!!!

All staff we encountered were very friendly and welcoming. The room was clean and comfy. Breakfast was much better than most other hotels we’ve stayed in. All the food was delicious and was restocked regularly. Check in and check out was super easy and fast.

Only dislike was the loud traffic all night, noisy cars and motorcycles but this isn’t a problem with the hotel itself. Typical in a big city I think. And we both slept fine anyway.

The room was spacious, comfortable bed, housekeeping came in every day and kept the room clean. Good breakfast options. About 45 min away from downtown Chicago and 20 minutes away from the airport. It had everything we needed.

The bathroom in our room was small compared to the room itself. Other than that everything was great.

Clean, comfortable bed, good air conditioning, roomy, well equipped.

Water could have been softer, bed was too close to the air conditioning unit and not much room to get between it and the bed. Some employees did not seem overly friendly.

Breakfast was above and beyond especially because there's turkey sausage and my family don't eat pork. Also staff were chilled

I was not a fan of the ice maker not working and having to constantly ask the front counter for some but it's cool

Fine 3star hotel. 4 stars in booking is a mystification.

Very small bathroom. Too soft beds. Most of the USB sockets for charging are not working, AC doesn't have keep fan mode, fan works only for cooling or heating.

nice room, mostly clean (tiny issues of dirt in bathroom), comfortable bed, quiet room.

Location was really off. Not familiar with area, and was not real easy to get to. The front of the hotel is a dead end parking lot.

The place is very clean, the staff are super nice, the breakfast was very good.

I didn’t like the location it is not really near anything important and they don’t have a shuttle to the airport.

Breakfast was maybe a 3, coffee was strong " I'm a truck driver for reference ". Items limited. We had a Kringle we bought the night before so it wasn't a big deal..

The location is great as it applies to me and my needs. Although my stays are short as Im on the go everything is just fine, Im not picky, just expect clean,everything in working order..

Nothing really to dislike, probably the lack of eating options not being close by but you can still order take out.
