Everything went well. The young lady at the check in was very nice and very helpful. The gentleman that was working with her was also very nice . The three of us had a nice conversation. Room was very clean and comfortable.

Only thing that wasn’t really a problem was one elevator wasn’t working. That’s it.

Rooms were nice and clean w good breakfast

Pool area was cold and pool was not clean. I was disappointed that hot tub was closed. One of the reasons I chose this hotel was because of hut tub. It would be nice to know ahead of booking

The swimming pool was very dark couldn't see you face in the water I asked the front desk she advised it was ok for the kids to swim and they did but said it smelt like sewer water

Pool and hot tub, near all of the attractions, room was perfect size for family of 5. Staff was kind and check on was quick.

The bottom of the pool was rough and sharp. Cut the bottom of two of our feet.

Appreciated the fast check in, also felt safe. My husband came in after I checked in and asked for a key, the front desk person called my room to ensure that he was indeed my spouse. Nice work space.

Extra pillows and towels could have been provided in the room (4 guests in the room total). Realize able to contact front desk, but inconvenient when coming in late and wanting to go to bed immediately.

Breakfast was great. Service was nice.

Hot tub wasn't working. The room had a not so good smell to it. The fridge seemed to cause water to leak onto the floor.

Breakfast was great had healthy options and hot food.

The banquet center was on our end of the hotel and had an event so took a but to fall asleep.

It had friendly staff and rooms were nice sizes, clean

Went swimming with my daughter and the water was cold and the maintenance man adjusted the water temperature

Overall I would rate this hotel 3.5/4 stars, the friendly staff has a lot to do with the 4 star part. The room was spacious and the whirlpool was amazing and in a separate room. The staff were very nice and humble! They made the stay that much better. The pool was okay, would have been better if the heat worked as it was almost too cold to enjoy. The bathroom was big and we thought it was neat having the large shampoo and conditioner bottles in the shower. We also enjoyed having a TV and fireplace in the whirlpool area. Breakfast had a wide selection but lacked in flavor. If it weren't for the lower price this review would be slighty different. Overall great stay.

The hotel needs an update! The halls and room has a musty smell probably from the old carpet. We did have to give the shower and tub a wipe down as they weren't the cleanest. The walls were dirty as well but was beyond my will power to clean on my vacation. There was a small stain on the duvet, looked like it had been marker. Note: The blankets did smell clean though. Remotes and phones need to be wiped down as well. If this hotel did an update and maybe revised the cleaning group, they could charge more as the lay out and space is very nice! If I had paid more and the staff hadn't been as nice, this review would be a 3 star.

The room was great. And such a good value for a king suite. The shower was excellent duel rain shower heads. And the jacuzzi tub had its own room with a fireplace, seating, and a separate TV.

The towels at the pool weren't clean. So we had to use towels from the room.
