I loved my stay at this hotel. The location is very convenient, in a beautiful neighborhood, full of nature and quiet. The hotel is clean, rooms with very comfortable mattresses and showers and excellent staff, with good amenities. The restaurants are also great.

The only thing that didn't work well was the WiFi signal, which was very unstable and changing networks all the time. There was a general network, a temporary one and one for each room, but in none of them the signal was really efficient.

The view outside our room. The quiet, serene location. The absence of children and the noise that comes along with it. The jacuzzi and use of the pool were great to get in some laps before breakfast. My room accommodations were very good. We also loved the view of the pond while we dined in the restuarant. Also all of the staff was very professional, polite and accommodating.

My in room mini fridge didn't keep my beverages cold enough. My breakfast order was made wrong and I had to wait for my correct order while my wife ate, so her food wouldn't get cold. And there was no option for a remote, in room checkout.

Let’s start with Carlton! Check in was easy and quick. Off To our room, our key wasn’t working on our suite door, so Carlton came down personally to bring new keys and make sure everything was better than satisfactory! He was always kind, polite and said hello by name when we passed in lobby. What a very nice experience. When at the hearth lodge for a drink and apps, I hope Luis is your alchemist! His drinks were perfectly made and if you say strong you’re not in the right place. It was perfectly made so you couldn’t taste the alcohol but when you order a martini you know your alcohol is in there!! He made drinks from the love of his ancestors telling him when to stop! 😂 then the food, pricing is typical of a hotel however the quality was way better!! Hot, fresh, made to order. I highly suggest the cheese curds, hummus, and burger! I had the salad with chicken and would definitely have it again too!! The room was a beautiful 65 degrees (we chose that it’s digitial) which is so nice to actually have a hotel allow you to set it as cold as you like.. beds and pillows soooo comfy! We didn’t use the pool but it’s huge and beautiful! Breakfast at the waterfront restaurant was above good! Order and the counter and they take care of you at your table after that! Chilaquiles was definitely enough for 2 and wow was it good!!! The avocado toast was just ok. Not enough food for the cost in my opinion but good, just order some potatoes or something else too if you’re an adult. Then you can just walked out using simple email check out!

The mini fridge was definitely not as cold as I wish. It took a long time to get my items cold and very small.

Property is very pretty. Everything was clean and comfortable. Breakfast was good, the restaurant staff were very nice.

The woman at front desk would not let my husband and 4 year old son check in while I was at a show at Drury Lane until I called the hotel. But I didn't know to call because I was at a play and they tell you to turn off your phone while in the performance. The play was 2&1/2 hours long. Luckily a manager came by and got them checked in.

The hotel location is lovely!! Peaceful woodland setting with lake and walking trail. Everything extremely clean. Pool and hot tub also very clean and well stocked with towels.

Sadly, the breakfast isn't managed very well. If you want entrees, full menu, the service seemed very good. Several guest ordered full breakfasts and were served quite timely. I wanted just a bagel and juice, with cappucino. The cappucino was scant, my bagel and juice never came.

The only negative thing I have to comment on was the pool was hard to find at the location.

It’s the perfect little weekend getaway if you wanna stay close to the city, but not deal with the city. The grounds were beautifully kept! We brought our bulldog with us, and the covered walkway around the lake was perfect to shade us from the sun. The pool facilities were perfect. Spa, steam room, showers, and pool were all connected and easily accessible. Carlton was the nicest, most professional front desk concierge I have ever encountered. He accommodated all of our needs and made us feel very welcomed. The rooms were nice and clean and at an appropriate temp upon arrival. All in all, this hotel had everything I could possibly need. it is a 5 star accommodation for a 4 star price. We will be patronizing this hotel more often in the future.

The pool is great, not too hot and not too cold. The jacuzzi is incredible! The grounds are lovely to walk through outside and the amenities inside are lovely. I have stayed here before and recommend it.

I paid extra for a room with a view, but the view outside my room was rather mundane. It didn't really seem like an upgrade and I regret paying extra for it.

The hotel was very nice and clean. I didn't eat at the restaurants, however, the SPA and exercise room were very nice. Carlton, and Ulani were very helpful and attentive. Carlton took the time to make sure my first time there was very welcoming and comfortable. He helped with any and every concern or question I had. Ulani has a smile that brightens up your day, and she is very patient and attentive. They both deserve raises.

The parking is extremely too far. The floors had hair on them in the bathroom, which is very nasty to me once you get out of a clean shower.

The hotel was very clean and comfortable. The front desk staff was so nice.

We were a little frustrated because we paid for the valet (we had quite a bit of stuff to carry and I have a really bad back), and when we left in the morning, the valet wasn’t there so we had to go to the main lot and get the car. It sounds silly and Karen-ish but you pay for a service, you expect that service to be rendered the one time you need it. Also, I wasn’t aware there was a prom there that weekend, so that was not a fun surprise (that wasn’t anyone’s fault though). It was very crowded, but that’s my own personal issue.
