I really like this hotel, the location (I visit WeatherTech in Bolingbrook), so I like to be close but not too close as I visit friends in Chicago, the bar is great, the food is great.

The rooms need updating, more modern, it's classically out of date, my room this time was not so good, in the corner too small considering the cost.

Rooms and commin areas beautiful Cleaning staff so attentive without me asking. For example if I had privacy sign, they'd make sure to come back w towels and coffee when off even if it was 7 hours later. Koa was amazing. Location great.

Would be nice for breakfast to overlap lunch 11-12. And for some type of food even limited to be available to midnight or 1 am.

The lounge areas were nice and made it easy and relaxed environment to work in. The rooms were very clean and lovely. One of the best pillows I've ever experienced while at a hotel.

I do wish there was a more robust breakfast option outside of the cafe downstairs. There may have been among the other restaurants, but it wasn't explained to us at the front desk. Everything else was superb really!

It’s one of the only really nice hotels in that area. Restaurants, room service, a variety of different rooms, and being in the hotel you feel like you’re in a completely different area. It’s a beautiful property.

It is a historical building so it took a bit for my room to warm up. In all fairness, it went from about 55 degrees to 35 pretty quickly.

The room and accommodations were great. The staff was friendly and quick to assist. They were very thoughtful with the extras they provided for our anniversary like champagne glasses and a hand written card. Great bars and restaurants on site.

Their really isn’t anything we didn’t like.

The hotel was beautiful inside and out. It was very clean and comfortable. I was able to just relax and enjoy my stay.

There was some noise from other guests in the hallway and also upstairs, but my stay was good.

Shoutout to the valet staff who were brilliant, and valet parking is complimentary!

Would have been nice to have a nice quiet comfortable lounge to sit in - the bar area is very noisy

I love the warm traditional charm - the fireplace, twinkling lights and high tea. The food and service is excellent!

I look forward to seeing the swimming pool in summertime and renovations on the fitness center. This is where Marriott needs to up their game; they need to modernize while maintaining the vintage heart of the Drake. (maybe even more room renovation.)

You should have WiFi in this day and age without buying it. I own a business and offer it because it's necessary nowadays.

The property is in a prime spot that’s a little tucked away from the hustle and bustle of the town, but it is also a quick zip over to the shopping center.

It’s beautiful and well kept
