My check in clerk name was James. He was very nice with my check-in. I arrived extra early due to my flight and he assured me once housekeepers was done in the morning he would let me know when my room was ready. Which he did. The 2 ladies that worked the front desk during the daytime was very nice with helping me with things also. The overnight clerk was nice to assist me I thank the manager for allowing me to relax by the pool due to my flight not leaving till midnight. The breakfast crew was fantastic. Always speaking and making sure things were filled up on the counters. I love the pancake machine. That is most definitely a winner in all your hotels. I really enjoyed my room. It was very spacious due to my handicap assistance needed. The bed was very comfortable. The weather was humid and rainy but whenever I had my AC on it was cold as Alaska.😂 It most definitely worked excellent. I must say that I truly enjoyed my stay at this location. This is now the hotel I choose to stay at when visiting again next month The only thing I recommend is that you spray your elevators with a good spray. It had a molded smell. But one day it was fresh and I happened to be riding with the maintenance guy and told him yes this smells good today.😂

The gentleman at the front desk was phenomenal.Very helpful and very kind. There was however someone smoking in a room on our floor so there was a terrible smell and the fire alarm went off for about an hour during our stay.

Would have liked to have gotten rid of that person who was smoking. .I did alert the front desk and said he would follow-up if he could figure out who it was.

Room spacious, clean, quiet. Room darkening shades a ++++ for me. Lobby and breakfast area being remodeled- not a negative since est of hotel fresh feeling, bright, and modern. Location ideal re parking; close-by Super Target, quick drive to Loyola Medical Center

More engagment from front desk staff chcecking in and out.

The location was great, the breakfast was ok if you eat sausage and pancakes. Need more options could offer instant grits just like the oatmeal. Fruitloop cereal change the breakfast up daily. Great shopping areas near the hotel

I asked the staff why they didn't have boiled eggs and bacon. She stated that it's more expensive. The traffic to get downtown was horrible. There was a bad spot in the chair, and one of the light bulb was out in the restroom. The staff said they was going to change it but it wasn't done. I didn't receive a receipt for my payment onsite.

Easy to chexk in and out, even as a late checkin. Parking was ample, staff was very nice and friendly. Felt safe and like it was a good area. The breakfast was ok, would have like regular eggs but got cheese omlettes and they were ok. They rest of the breakfast was very good. Clean lobby and breakfast-very clean and neatly Kept. The room was very clean, bathroom was very clean! No signs of wear or anything, it was great! Only complaint was traffic could be heard. Our room faced Manheim Rd and woke up very early to hear either a garbage truck emptying garbage or dump trucks. Woke up at regular time and saw dump trucks passing by in both directions, probably going to and from highway construction, which was very close by. Very busy area. Very close to a few restaurants, target store which was nice. Overall it was great!

Noise from street

The facility was under construction, which I knew from other reviews. The traffic noise was a little louder than I anticipated. Overall, it’s a clean facility in a pretty easy to access area with shopping and some restaurant variety very close by.

The hotel is a great value for the price. The breakfast was better than most hotel breakfasts and the hotel was clean and felt safe.

The doors had a gap underneath them which made it easier to hear things going on in the hall so it was loud sometimes.

Location was nice and also the room was very nice

The First Lady we talked to at check in wasn’t the nicest but everyone else was very nice and polite

The key to my room didn’t work and I have to go back bunch of times to recepción to fix it, and when I went down the staff wasn’t there, I have to wait for like at list 10 minutes.
