When I pulled up it was nothing I expected, the outside on a scale of one thru 10 was a 7. I expected more because how the room looked online so I thought I had got scammed and I expressed that to the staff (rudely)she just smiled and told me that they where remodeling very soon and she apologized for not having outside pictures online.She went ahead with my reservation and told me if I didn't like ,come back for my refund.The room was very clean,fridge and microwave ,two queens ,ac in other words awesome.. Great location I must say oh and Super quiet..great experience.. I know were I'm staying when I go back again.. Ty Regal inn I enjoyed

Room was clean, furnishings in good condition. Refrigerator and microwave were included (didn't use the microwave). Shower was clean and the showerhead was even a little adjustable.

The door to the room had a hard time shutting all the way and latching securely. I had to lean into it to get it to catch right and stay shut. I almost went to the office to ask for a different room, but finally figured out the trick. If I had been there longer than 1 night, I would have asked if I could move.

The hotel is near the airport, there are good option if you want to move on public transportation. You need to get a card for that. The internet was not working properly at the beginning then it was okay. The room was clean. The front desk people were nice and friendly Breakfast is not included but there was coffee at the reception all the time.

Clean room, comfy bed, good shower. Close to the airport for our early flight the next morning. Also plenty of eating options a short drive away.

The location was only really somewhere you would stay for the airport. It wasn't a nice surrounding and you couldn't walk anywhere from the accomodation but it served the purpose we intended it for.

The room was very well-presented and included a fridge and microwave oven. The carpark is big and there is enough space to park away from other cars if that's important to you. There is a Denny's across the road and McDonald's a little further.away. The best local attraction is Schiller Woods, a very long woodland area with deer about 10 minutes away by car, or there are quiet suburbs close by if you want to go for a walk.

As is common, the motel rooms face a very busy road which can be noisy, especially if you open the door for ventilation. A somewhat odd but noticeable thing to mention is that the stairs leading to the second floor appear rusty and unsightly, a contrast to the excellent presentation elsewhere.

Rooms were good, vale of money. Staff is good and cleanliness beyond expectation.

There is nothing much that i don't like. Only certain area for improvement. They have to improve the overall look and give provision for electrical car charging either chargers or place to use car chargers.

It was spacious and adequate for our needs. Close to O'Hare The price was reasonable for the Chicago area. Lots of great and reasonable restaurants within a 10 minute drive.

It had the faint smell of smoke. I'm not sure if it was because it had been a smoking room in the past. It was supposed to be non-smoking. Don't expect to do any walking anywhere near the motel. It did not feel particularly safe outside the confines of the motel.

We wanted simple and comfortable accommodation close to the airport for an early morning flight the following day. This hotel met, and exceeded, our expectations. We were allocated a newly refurbished room which was nicely decorated and comfortable, with a modern bathroom. Superb valued for money and we're happy to recommend this hotel to fellow travellers needing easy and quick access to and from the airport.

The truth is that the location next to the bus stop is ideal for going to the airport or the city center. The price-quality ratio is very good, and there are also places nearby to eat and shop. I didn't have any problems.

The hotel is in a great location for accessing Ohare and was ideal for an early morning flight. The staff were helpful at check in and we were lucky enough to be allocated to a recently renovated room which was nice. The room facilities were well maintained and the room was quiet. The bed was comfortable.

The only negative was there was a smoke smell in the indoor corridor outside our room- however it didn’t enter the room.
