The ORD airport shuttle pickup was the only thing lacking, and that was BIG. Clients shouldn't have to be kept waiting for 65-70 minutes at an airport without knowing if and when they'd be picked up, especially late at night. Bear in mind that there are 5 or 6 different Holiday Inn locations being serviced at O'Hare. One shouldn't have to jump into the fray of traffic at the bustling pick-up area to ask the two drivers who did show up ( from other Holiday Inns) to learn if and when the right shuttle might be coming. Calling the front desk was met by a weak, unintelligible voice under the roar of a busy airport.. I had to call a relative 2000 miles away to act as a telephone relay to get through in the noisy roar of traffic at the pick-up spot. Only then did I learn that the right shuttle would be "arriving soon". Traveler, be aware. Maybe choose a hotel that runs more frequent shuttles.

The room was nice and the bed was comfortable. My only complaint about the room would be the hairs that were in the bathroom shower and on the floor when we arrived. We asked for extra towels, and those also came with free hair. Loved the tall ceiling in our room! I have severe allergies to pets and typically get allergic even at hotels that don't allow pets. I did not get any allergies at all from this hotel room. Overall very clean. The amenities were great! We used the pool - it was a little cold, but still fun. There weren't any towels in the pool area, so we grabbed a couple from the gym. They were very small towels. I would definitely remember to bring some from home next time. The breakfast was great and the workers did a good job keeping it stocked and clean. Great variety. Overall, good value and great stay. We would recommend it to others, and would stay here again.

My mom and I had to drop off my grandma and aunt at the airport, and it was pretty late. We were looking for a spot to rest for the night before we went back to our town, but we were trying to find something close to the airport that was also affordable. After looking at all the hotels in the area, we decided on this one. The staff at the counter were super friendly and welcoming. The room was super clean. My favorite part was the bathroom! Amazing lighting to do my makeup and for hair essentials and body wash, they used Dove brand and it was amazing! The following morning, we had breakfast, which was amazing and many options to choose from! Highly recommend and will be back here when I’m in the Chicago area! Thank you!

Parking: I believe the difficulty finding parking was due to the Beyoncé concert and local graduations happening at the time. However, for two large hotels to share a single parking area is a bit inconvenient. Breakfast: The breakfast was great overall. That said, if pork products are being served, there should also be an alternative option available for guests with dietary restrictions.

The front desk staff especially Tina was very accommodating to me. I called to request for an early check-in and they did honor the request. When we arrived Tina made sure that we had the best suite available. The room was nice and just right for my family of four. We enjoyed the buffet breakfast each morning! The location had great access to the highway to Downtown Chicago. Parking was plentiful~All staff was very friendly. We will definitely stay here again.

I would have loved to have coffee available in the lobby after the breakfast hour ended.

Loved this hotel! Very clean, staff was very friendly and the free breakfast had good delicious options. The elevator was a little slow but worked just fine. If you’re a light sleeper, be advised the hallway can be noisy and planes do fly overhead. We did not hear our next door neighbors and we did have some but when people were talking in the hallway, we could hear them clearly.

Breakfast was great, it was nice that there were some proteins, not just all carbs. The beds were comfy and the room was clean. The hotel was quiet in the evening and we slept great.

Some minor areas that needed minor repair (cracked tile, peeling paint near the shower), but it was very small. The kids didn't like the bathroom door as it didn't feel very private.

I was not provided the right information about the need to make a reservation of the shuttle. The first time I call I got a robot answering the questions, and the information provided was that I did not need to reserve the shuttle.

Breakfast need be improve. Because, eggs little bit weir d tested. I think they can serve good eggs and some bread. They can put Nutella, black tea etc

It was the perfect distance from the Airport, not too far so you can’t reach on time nor too close that you can’t get enough and sound sleep because of the continuous airplanes. The free shuttle from on to the airport was cherry on top.
