Room was very clean and it had everything I needed. The staff was nice. It was really nice to have the easy chair in the room. The bed was really comfortable for me.

Some items for the kitchen were not available and one day toilet paper was not available. Thankfully, I had a car and was able to go and buy some. I wish the microwave had been higher. Bending down to use it was difficult for me.

I like the full kitchen and ample space in the room.

The first room smelled like cigar smoke but the staff was very reasonable and kind to switch me to a nicer smelling room. Breakfast was grab and go and more like a snack than a full breakfast, granola bar, yogurt, fruit , coffee or tea has to be made by you by requesting a maker and utensils at front desk. The location even though says airport is no where near the airport and is in a very secluded area not close to any shops or stores nor transit. Uber anywhere was a min of $30.

The Front Desk employee, Rawl, is very polite and accommodating. Rooms are clean and halls are quiet.

Pots, pans, and cups are only available upon request. Shampoo and conditioner are also up on request.
