I like the location. I like the cleanliness of the room and the location in its entirety. I def liked the peace and quite.

There should be a better way to address the individuals that are in their rooms to find out who's checking out or staying over. What I mean by this is, like today for example, I only paid for one night, so that leaves you with the expectation that I will be checking out at the 11 o'clock check out time. There was a loud and obnoxious pound at my door at 9:30am. Asking if I was checking out.... and then continued to talk to me through the door. That instantly irritated me and disturb whatever sleep I could have gotten before check out time.

Front desk staff was excellent. I had to book this hotel last minute leaving Mainstay in Schaumburg as the place a DUMP and should be condemned. So this place was right on time during my hellish start of my two week event. AC is awesome!

I'd like for my room to be cleaned more often...I was there for two weeks, which is the interval of cleanings...fortunately, I had my own cleaning supplies, so this really had no effect on me....just the idea I guess.

We stayed for 16 nights. The staff was friendly and helpful the entire time. The location was great. The hotel was clean. There is a lovely park nearby with deer.

Hidden charges. The Internet is only free for one device per booking. For additional devices, there is a weekly fee. There were no pots or pans, no cups or plates, and no utensils. I did discuss this with the hotel staff within the first 10 min of checking- in to the hotel. They informed me that booking.com and the hotel owner know that the description on booking.com is incorrect. We were able to go to Northlake library and checkout an Internet hotspot for free. The hotspot can only be checked out for one week at a time. And it is best to reserve ahead, to ensure they'll have it when you need it.

The room was perfectly quiet, making it easy to relax and unwind after a long day. I barely heard a sound during my entire stay, which made for a truly restful experience.

The hotel was very clean. And wide Good stay.

I did not like 1 hr to center I did not like that they don't clean rooms I did not like that. In the side of the bed are pointy my husband got 2 cuts on he's leg

The value is great for the amount of time I lodged. I stayed for 7 nights and spent less than 410 bucks I believe.

After the 2nd or 3rd day, I could hear whoever stayed above me walking around every time they walked around. It sounded like they were stomping every time they walked but I don’t think that’s anything the hotel or staff can control. I would still book a stay here again and just hope I don’t experience that again.
