You can hear airplanes landing every couple of minutes, but if the windows are closed and the TV is running, you can sleep OK. Our reservation via Booking, did not show up at the property. We still got the same rate, but we needed to get in touch with Booking to not get hit with a cancellation fee. The staff was super helpful to work around the problem though, so in the end everything worked out.

Great place for a one night stay close enough to Chicago. Front desk staff was quick, efficient and helpful (and they gave me a free, fresh cookie!) Room was clean and well-ventilated.

The room I book advertised a porch/balcony, which the room *did* technically have, but it was facing the road and not the pool/courtyard area. Not really an issue but just wasn't ideal.

The room could accommodate our family of 5. The staff was super nice and location was good. Easy to get to downtown and to things outside of the city too. Everything is at least 30 min away, no matter where you stay I feel.

That the breakfast was an additional cost but wasn't told until we woke up to go get it in the morning by the signage. Honestly though not everyone in my family enjoys breakfast so it worked out better and we just went to the nearest Starbucks. So I guess it actually saved us money.

Donovan went above and beyond to make sure my reservation went through, bc it didn't with a 3rd party, I'll never not book through Hilton again, lesson learned, bc of how accommodating he was I'll make it a point to stay here when I return to the area

It's getting cold in Chicago

I asked for a room near the elevator & I was very pleased because it was only a few steps from it. Because I have a sore ankle, this means a lot to me . Thank you!!

I would have liked either a hot tub or warmer water in the pool.

The staff were friendly and the beds were comfortable.

It said there was a jacuzzi and there was not. Plus the pool was too cool.

It was very nice and clean. I loved that they had full-size shampoo and conditioner and body wash. It’s the little things that make a big difference I felt like I was at a five star hotel.

They didn’t tell me there was breakfast in the morning when I checked in, so I missed out on that 

Kirk at the front desk was nice! Accommodated us when the booking.com reservation didn't show up in the system.

Booking.com was slow to get back to us and long time on hold....

Nice long pool and inside courtyard space. Outdoor ponds and trails, other nature areas nearby. Close to O’Hare (but no shuttle). Restaurant was good.

Frigid cool- we ran the heat in our room to balance the hotel’s AC. Window did not open on ground floor.

only concern what i have is that the hotel was not able to find my booking via booking.com. i was 2 times there and 2 times it goes wrong
