It is located in a nice quiet area with a beautiful pond and was very decent for the price.

They didn't have complimentary coffee in the lobby. You had to pay $3.50 for a basic cup of coffee and the K-cups in the room were decaf.

the room was spacious, clean, had good beds, and there is actually PACE bus service with connection to the L at O'Hare, nearby there are sidewalks

The neighborhood is mostly commercial, and, though there are bus stops, the service in the area is somewhat confusing and some of the relevant bus stops require crossing six-lane highways with heavy commercial traffic

From check-in to check-out, I found this property to be very clean, quiet, and nice to stay in. The night attendant and morning attendant at the front desk were very nice and helpful. The lobby was super clean and quiet, as were the elevators, hallways, and room we stayed in. The room was nicely renovated, beautifully decorated and tidy in every way. What really impressed me (by the cleaning staff) was the design of the towels, toilet paper, and shower curtain. Whoever prepared our room is an artist! And it made us feel very cared for. We had a very sound night of sleep (using a sound machine app), thanks in part to the extra pillow and blanket in the closet. And last but not least, I thought the price (of the queen room we stayed in) was very reasonable given the quality and safety provided.

If I could change anything, it would be to offer free coffee & tea in the lobby to grab as you’re checking out—at least in the morning. Just a thought!

The room was nice and the lady at the front desk was very friendly and helpful. She advised that Uber was a better choice than a taxi for airport travel, and she was right.

The area doesn't seem walkable, so you have to get delivery for food if you don't have a car. The on-site restaurant's menu did not appeal to me, but I know I'm picky.

The lady at check in was wonderful. at check out in the am next day, front desk informed me computer was not working and he couldnt provide me any paper. in trust, i left my keys and left property. Found out later I was charge extra $50 for damages? The guys at front desk were super rude. person on the phone also.

It was nice clean and quiet and the representative who checked me in what is a very beat friendly and helpful young man.

I was not at all impressed with the gentleman who checked me out in the morning he did not even get out of his seat he just rolled it from one register to another and when I asked him to call me a taxi it was almost as if I inconvenienced him I like the gentleman the night before who was very helpful !

Proximity to expressway, safety, malls, business center. I went to the city and surrounding suburbs throughout my stay and it was an excellent location. The staff was responsive and friendly. The rooms were clean and I practically sank into the bed. I slept very well.

Far from my family and friends since most were in Chicago south and southwest from the hotel. But, I still love the hotel. I didn't try the restaurant, but so many restaurants and convenience stores in area, I didn't miss it.

The team member who was working in bar in the evening, was efficient and friendly. What's more the chicken nuggets were excellent! The bed was comfortable and the temperature controlled unit worked like a charm!

The only fly in the ointment was that my wake up call never happened. I could have missed my flight. I told the team member at reception about this and he understood.

The people that work here very nice comfortable I was staying at another property that was you know prejudice racial this property. I stay here all the time if you’re looking for a Marriott Doubletree I would pick this place. It’s beautiful. It’s clean management. Great you feel very welcome when you walk in.

This room is perfect for catching an early flight - it's very quiet and only 10 minutes away from the airport. Despite its proximity to the runway, I didn't hear any noise from takeoffs or landings. The bed is large and comfortable, and the shower is great. Plus, there's a microwave in the room for added convenience.

I had a lovely stay at the hotel, though I must admit that the mattress provided was a bit too soft for my liking. Despite this minor setback, I found the overall experience to be quite pleasant. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a comfortable and enjoyable stay.
