The bed was amazing. Large king size was perfect!

The lift (elevator) was a bit dodgy. No signs for the stairs. Also didn’t understand that you have to call the property when you land to get picked up by hotel shuttle.

The hotel itself was what I expected from Beat Western, clean with the necessary amenities. Hotel is also near fast food restaurants and GrubHub delivers.

My only complaint was that the shuttle pick up from the airport didn't go smoothly. Ultimately I decided to ride public transit to the hotel because I waited over 40 minutes after I called and the shuttle did not arrive. Public transit for.me there in about 25 minutes. Shuttle to airport was reliable since you are at the hotel to request it.

The airport shuttle and the airport shuttle staff is amazing! They already seem to be driving the routes regularly, but if not, they are a 5 minute call away. The driver Mark is absolutely amazing, thinks beyond just his job as shuttle driver and makes sure we feel taken care of, safe and at home. I needed one night stay before heading into chicago, and this was perfect thanks to the shuttle, I shuttled to the airport late at night, and then back to the airport in the morning where I caught the blue line into the city. I was traveling alone with my younge daugher, and it was a great experience!

The only thing I could complain about is breakfast ended at 9:30 having barely arrived and got settled around 1am the night before, 9am felt a little too early to wake up my daughter. Even 10 would have been a little better, or 11? :)

The bed was so comfortable, bedding was great. I especially like fitted bottom sheets, no crumpled bunched up sheets under me. Really nice breakfast. Not just packaged Danish and could cereal.

I found out the hard way that there is more than one "Best Western at O' Hare".This one is in Rosemont. Finding a shuttle was difficult and I ended up on the wrong one because this wasn't even clear on my reservation. I had waited 3 hours for my luggage, it's 1:00 AM and I can't even figure out where I'm going. This is the 2nd time I've been in a big hassle finding airport shuffle to a Best Western hotel and it will definitely deter me from Best Western.

Location! Was near Allstate Arena so we didnt have to wait for uber/lyft and instead walked back. Right beside Portillo's was a bonus. Also have 24 hr shuttle service to and from the airport. Breakfast was also absolutely amazing and had alot of selections!

First room we saw a mouse in the room that was terrifying. Transferred us to 2nd room that wasnt cleaned very well. Entrance had a few crumbs. Transferred us to 3rd room and no problems there. Staff was very accommodating and fast at helping us though.

I like a good hot cup of coffee in the morning and the coffee was excellent. Staff always friendly. Hotel in general was very clean. I commented about this to whom I believed to me the Head Housekeeper, Maria Flores. She was very appreciative to hear this. I could tell she and her staff take pride in their work. I booked through a 3rd party and price was very reasonable. I would recommend this hotel.Stayed 2 nights. No parking fees if staying.

The elevator was out of service at the time but it didn't bother me as I was on second floor.

So they had a continental breakfast, which I thought was adequate. Belgium waffle maker, good cereal, fruit, and a few other things made it good. I don't think the eggs or bacon were real (and didn't look very appetizing), so I just stuck with the waffle and cereal, which was good. The staff was friendly and answered my questions, and there were a few restaurants within walking distance. The airport departure terminal was about a 6-minute drive, and the hotel provided a shuttle for that.

Well, I was looking for an airport hotel so I didn't mind what I got as long as it was close. Not a whole lot not to like for sure but overall I think it was a bargain for what you got.

Shuttle service to/from O'Hare was great, and accommodated our arrival at 1am and departure at 3am. Breakfast was one of the best at what I'd call a budget-friendly hotel. Everything was very clean, and staff were friendly and helpful.

One of the elevators was broken, so we had to walk a little further down to the other elevator, but it was not a big deal. Other than that, we were happy.

Loved the breakfast, it was well served and always warm no matter when you came in during the breakfast hours. Also, the coffee bar was delicious. The staff are always caring and make sure you have everything you needed, always greet you as well. Lovely cleaning staff for their hard work and very polite. Walking distance from some restaurants and a target. Also may take the bus to places if needed. Honestly would love to stay here again if I get the chance.

It was a smaller hotel compared to others which I didn't mind. The elevator was broken so did had to take the stairs with our luggage which was not too terrible as there was not much flight of stairs.

The fact they had shuttle service, but we did have to wait an hour for them. The shuttle service back to the airport the next day so we could catch our flight was great. They had a very good breakfast. The room was very very nice. I would stay here again.

They had shuttle service, but I had to call in 4 times to make sure they were coming and it was a solid hour from the first time I called while at the curb with our luggage and the time they finally picked us up.
