Good value for an airport hotel, breakfast had a good choice

The amount of single use plastic was a shock to us

Fast check-in, friendly customer service. Close to the airport

We received emails and on the Booking.com website says there is no airport shuttle. And we found out there is. And the price was alittle to much for what you get in return. In the bathroom, the shower curtain rod I believe was installed upside down so the shower curtain, from both ends would want to slide to the middle and then the water would go all over the floor.

We had our flight cancelled to return home at midnight and had to book our own accommodation as the airline could not help. We arrived at the hotel worrying about what to do and worrying about funds for the rest of the time whilst stuck in Chicago. Veronica on the desk took all of that worry away, ensuring we felt welcomed, calm and looked after. She was amazing from the minute we checked in. We were forced to book a second night due to our flight allocation and she ensured we would not have to move rooms and made what should have been stressful, stress free. We could not thank her enough.

The room was modern and up to date. The bed and pillows were very comfortable. The beds had both soft and firm pillows with labeled embroidery. Hotel provides Dove body and hair products. The bathroom was spacious, and the shower was amazing. The hotel is conveniently located close to highway, airport, and restaurants.

The hotel is in a busy area. Not really a complaint for my family but there is a lot of noise surrounding the hotel. The airport is close, so you can hear the airplanes passing above. The train and highway are directly behind the hotel as well.

The room was big. Breakfast was neat. Staffs were nice. The room and the hallways were clean.

I didn’t request it, but I think I was given a room designed for handicapped guests. The shower was spacious, and the drain was positioned in the center of the entire bathroom, making it difficult to walk around after showering. And I needed some fresh air, but I couldn't open the windows.

Check-in was easy and convienient. The room was huge and the bed was very comfortable. Overall the hotel was really great and exceeded our expectations. It is obviously for people that have early flights from O'hara which it accomodates easily. Finally, we did not hear any planes so it is really well insulated.

We recieved several emails and texts stating that no shuttle bus is running from the hotel to the airport however this is not true and we used it to get back to the airport would have been nice to know to save the 21$ in taxi. The breakfast was really the only thing that was substandard, nothing with the exception of the coffee was good. Eggs and sausage were not good at all and the yaourts and bread were not eatable. I'd rather pay a little more so they can improve the breakfast but do t offer complementary breakfast that you cant eat then.

Clean and close to the airport.

Front Desk Attendant: Great experience. Shuttle Driver: Not so great. Arrived late (around 6:15 am instead of the scheduled 6:00 am). Delayed further due to needing gas for the shuttle. Shuttle departure time pushed to 7:00 am. Guests had to find alternative transportation (Lyft) to catch early flights. Concerns: Lack of adherence to the schedule. Disregard for guests’ time and reliance on the service.

I stayed here to see J-hope and stayed for a total of 2 nights. The staff were so nice and even though we landed early, they allowed us to store our bags for almost 7 hours! The two people working the front desk were also so nice!!! Will be staying again next time i’m in town

Very friendly and helpful staff. Clean, cozy place to stay.

Few points to improve: welcome water, toothbrush and tea/coffee in the room by default would be better - this is now only upon request. On weekdays the breakfast is served till 9am, would be better to serve it till 10am like in weekends.

Breakfast was Ok, nothing was bad, but it was pretty simple. They did accommodate our request for extra towels without quibble, or a fee.

Airport shuttle was not running while we were there and appeared to have limited availability. For a hotel near an airport that is a big letdown. On the slightly positive side were notified there would be no shuttle by email, but ONLY AFTER WE HAD BOOKED NON REFUNDABLE ROOM! We would have booked differently if we had known that before booking.
