The woman working at reception when I got there was wonderful and I wish I remembered her name. She was professional and friendly, and I had a request to be on the first floor and she was able to do that. I couldn’t get the TV to come on and I called and she was so funny on the phone and we laughed about my inability to work the remote.. 😊. The room was immaculately cleaned. I have stayed at your place before and it’s always been consistently a great place. Thank you.

For context to some parts, I was in room 303. The location was walking distance of the Allstate Arena, about a 12 minute walk which is not bad at all. It had a kitchen included which seems very rare in any room I’ve ever been in. Located right near a Target and some good food spots. A great setup for the room and a beautiful view of the sunrise in the morning. The staff was always very nice anytime I had interacted with them. Everything was perfect for someone like me.

The only thing I didn’t enjoy was how cold it was (OUTSIDE), at no fault to the room or anyone but just the time of year I chose to come. It’s really cold in Chicago so if you go just prepare well for that. Outside of that, I have no complaints towards the room or staff. I had an amazing stay!

Room was clean & a good size, hate half size lumpy pillows. The whole property smelled very clean; which could be considered good but a little over the top! (heavily scented) Excellent breakfast selection but get there early as can be a wait for the waffle maker later in the morning :-)

Half sized lumpy pillows. Wasn't on a main transport line had to Uber from train station or take slow buses from downtown Chicago. Wi-Fi very average! Had to keep re signing in.

The bed was really comfortable. The room was well insulated from outside sounds. The hotel had a breakfast included however it was just prepacked muffins and prepacked nutrigrain bars. Not substantial enough to last for a day. The room had a kitchenette and everything was available from reception - just need to ask for cups, plates etc, but we didn't need to as we slept and left early the next morning again.

It had everything you would need a hotel room to have, and the staff would provide those things not initially included.

The breakfast was some muffins, oatmeal and granola bars with coffee. But I was happy to have a meal of some sort included.

Very close to the arena (you can go on foot) and various shops/restaurants . It was very calm and clean. The staff was amazing!

We would have liked to be able to open the windows a bit more to get some fresh air in and maybe a detergent distributor in the laundry.

The staff really helpful, clean, no noise it was very quite. Bed confortable and the location the best. They told the breakfast kind of snack, but a good coffe, muffins and nutry grain, if you need more you can find one block away Ihop, ou Target to buy yogurt or fruits. We love our stay

The location to the Allstate Arena is incredible, saves so much money on parking. But what really makes this hotel shine is the staff. We’d had a horrible day before arriving, not sure we’d make it to our event, but they got us through Check in fast and cheered us on to our concert. They were truly lovely and they are jewel of the hotel.

Close to Allstate arena and loved having our own kitchen.

One of the front desk receptionists (Barbara?) was extremely rude to a few of her coworkers in front of me and another guest checking in. Otherwise really liked the hotel and all other staff was friendly.
