When I arrived at the airport, my wallet and phone were stolen. My license, debit cards and other stuff was gone. I remained calm and proceeded to the hotel. The hotel worked with me to be able to verify who I was and check me & my daughters in. This process alone exceeded my expectations. The shuttle driver even took me back to the hotel to help me look for my wallet. Our stay was amazing. Our suite was the cleanest hotel room that I have ever been to. it had a kitchen in the room. I happily cooked every day. Lol They treated myself and my daughters with such care the entire time. The breakfast and appetizer buffets made my entire trip! Lol Best food! Since I am disabled, the staff brought my tray up to my room for me. I think his name was Steven in the Great Room. Such a heart to serve. Then, I would often sit in the lobby in front of the fireplace, relax and even do some business work online. I have never felt so valued and loved by strangers. I would love to partner with them in the future for my skincare line. I have been looking for businesses in Chicago to partner with. Staybridge Rosemont is a winner by far. I will always recommend this hotel to everyone. I will always stay there when I come into town. BEYOND HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!

There was absolutely NOTHING that I didn't like at this hotel. That speaks volumes. I loved every part of it and every aspect of it. Best hotel that i have been to, hands down!

I made a rushed reservation due to a flight cancellation. This was my first stay at a Staybridge so I had no expectations, I was just looking for a room with shuttle service back to O'Hare. The shuttle was fast and efficient, check-in was easy, there was a small shop with food and drinks available even with my late arrival. In the room, the small kitchenette was really nice and clean. The bed was exceptionally comfortable. Overall, it was a great stay and I will seek out Staybridge properties in the future.

It's supposed to start from hotel every 30 mins at :00 and :30 and takes about 10-15 mins. - Quiet room, good size, nice toiletries - Regular breakfast options - Free and good self laundry, need to buy only detergent - Good eating options nearby - can take shuttle to airport and catch blue line to city and return same way

Location is great, very close to ORD, it's a perfect choice for an early flight. The lobby is grand and the staffs are helpful and efficient. Room is marvellous, with design and fully equipped. comfy bed and good sound proof. Hotel offer complimentary shuttle from and to Airport. from airport is a bit tricky to find the van, you need pay highly attention and double check. To airport is easier, need to book the time in advance.

I unexpectedly had to spend the night in Chicago when my flight was delayed. My experience with many airport hotels has been that they are - not to put too fine a point on it - awful. Dirty. Overpriced. Need updating. This is a well-maintained and updated hotel. The staff is wonderful, helpful, friendly, and welcoming. They do everything to accommodate you with a big smile and warmth. The airport shuttle comes every half hour. They also have a little market so I was able to have hot chicken noodle soup and a beer before bed. The suite includes a kitchen that you could cook in if you wanted. The pool is a nice size, bright, with big windows. After an exhausting experience at O’Hare, I got a good rest, a nice swim, and easy, timely, hassle-free transportation to and from the airport. The breakfast was standard hotel fare, nothing special: scrambled eggs, yogurt, bread and pastries, cereals, waffles. The coffee was good. You can’t go wrong!

Quiet and modern, we stayed here after a long Transatlantic flight. Comfortable bed! Great pillows! Our room faced the airport, but we weren't bothered by any noise (and we are sensitive sleepers). Breakfast was excellent -- real ceramic plates and plenty of choices. Staff were courteous and knowledgeable. The Land & Lake restaurant made delicious tomato soup and fancy grilled cheese sandwiches. We felt refreshed. Would stay here again!!!

Lots of TV screens in the lobby and common areas, but staff can turn them off (just ask)

Lovely spacious rooms with a large soft bed. We made use of the small gym and had a decent breakfast. The rooms have tons of USB charging points!

We did battle to make use of the complimentary airport shuttle after arriving late at night at terminal 5. The airport was busy and we weren't quite sure of if, when and where we would get collected. After a couple of calls to the hotel, we found out shuttle- which isn't particularly difficult to find if you know what to look for.

Hotel is really close to the airport and a 15 minute walk to Allstate Arena! Very nice breakfast buffet and comfortable room. Staff were very nice and helpful :) Make sure to reserve the shuttle back to the airport during check-in! Was also able to check-in early :)

Getting picked up by the shuttle at the airport took a bit longer than expected, so make sure to plan ahead of time. No need to reserve, but be prepared to wait up to an hour. Or plan alternative methods to reach the hotel, if you're in a hurry. (Personally, I wasn't in a rush, so this wasn't a deal breaker!)

We liked it was close to O’hare Airport and free shuttle was available. Pick up and driver were very good. Room was large and comfortable. Bed was heaven after a long international flight. Evening meal was available onsite. Husband happy watching flights take off and land from his bed !

Only one lift working and was very busy due to a wedding party. Shower door wouldn’t stay closed. Breakfast not available to us as our flight was early although it was included in our room rate. Was expecting to be able to grab food prior to checking out. However being a Sunday it was a later start despite info accessed via phone on website did not state different times for weekend. Night staff on reception desk came to our rescue and offered us juice and muffins which we ate in reception awaiting our airport shuttle bus. Was very grateful to them.

Breakfast was excellent and exclusive to Staybridge guests, room was very clean and looked modern. The kitchen was actually a full kitchen with full size fridge! Location was very close to airport and appreciate the complimentary shutter that was on-time. The driver of the shutter was courteous and new exactly which terminal to drop off guests based on their flight information.

Can't say I had any compliants.
