This is the second time I’ve stayed here. And every time I come back to the Chicago area, I will return here. The staff is very friendly and attentive. The breakfast is vast and convenient. I highly recommend.

Good location for travel around the west suburbs and easy location from the airport. Large parking lot with free parking. Room met expectations, but nothing fancy. Price was reasonable compared to other nearby locations. Decent breakfast with two rotating hot dishes each day (usually scrambled eggs and a meat). Coffee machine and refrigerator in room.

There were a few things that could have been improved. There seemed to be a group of people who camped out in the common room/ dining room every morning to evening and ran a call center of some kind. I stayed at the hotel for 5 nights, and this occurred every day. Loud Tv's were in every room during breakfast with Fox news in the main room. Please let people eat in peace. There is an extended stay extension right next to the main hotel with some questionable characters hanging out all day.

The location was perfect, as well as parking. Breakfast is included, which is also a big plus This was my second time staying at this property..

I originally was booked to a room where the water didn't get hot. Also, it was pretty dated with furnishings and the like. However, when I was reassigned to a different room on the same floor, it was like night and day - a two decade difference! The TV was mounted on the wall, there was a refrigerator AND microwave, and it was a better quality overall. Hopefully, this can be the case for all the rooms in the near future. It shouldn't be a "luck of the draw" situation to get a quality room.

I liked the location because it was close to plenty of shopping and amazing restaurants. The room was also nice! I loved the comfort of the bed and the size of the bathroom was also nice

I didn't love the fact that the tv would turn off every time the entry light would turn off automatically. It made watching the TV difficult when I had a few minutes to watch TV. The bathroom didn't have a fan to pull the steam from the shower out. I also didn't like that the hotel didn't have a guest laundry room, but we made it work by finding a close laundromat that was also very clean and had updated equipment.

Plenty of parking. Leisure area in lobby inviting. Access to coffee station 24/7. Complimentary breakfast. Room stocked with coffee packs for convenience. Room had frig. Bed and pillows comfy. Shower/tub had good pressure and lots of hot water. Personnel were friendly and helpful with local cuisine.

An upgrade would be to have microwaves in each room and better quality toilet tissue. The bathroom sink drained slowly.

The young woman who checked me in was very friendly. My room was very clean and met my needs for one night. Breakfast was good with many choices.

The building is older and shows signs of wear and tear. However, they are in the process of remodeling, and I'm sure it will look great when they finish. My hallway was being repainted, but once I reached my room, everything was great.

The breakfast is great. A bonus that is becoming harder to find as you travel. The staff is always super friendly. We have stayed here at least 8 times and never had a bad experience. Great value.

Almost nothing. I must admit the room I had this time just needs a little TLC. The wood part of the furniture is looking pretty worn. Some plaster and patches on the walls was poorly done. No big deal. We will still come back. Just a recommendation.

I was really impressed with the hotel, the room, the lobby area and the breakfast. I also enjoyed the fact that a parking pass was included. The locations was great ,every place I had to go was within 10-15 minuets.

There was a guest who was very belligerent and racist. She caused a commotion and then played the victim. She was truly a "karen"

The staff at the front desk was so nice! Patrick was very friendly and energetic, even though I arrived after midnight. The room was clean, the bed was comfortable. Breakfast was very good. It was nice to have eggs, but they weren't very good. Eggs seemed like they were powdered, but it was better than nothing. Pancakes were very good!

It was my fifth stay at this hotel. Everything was perfect as usual. Clean, friendly, very good breakfasts.

wifi requires reconnection process with typing password after each return to the hotel or restarting/reloading a device. I think it's unnecessary - it would be better to reconnect automatically.
