Breakfast was very good considering it comes in the room rate. They was quite a good selection of food items to choose from. However, the omelette eggs were cold on one of the days and there isn't a wider selection of hot food items. Coffee/tea is provided in the lobby all day! The room was clean and modern with great amenities - fridge, microwave, tea/coffee machine, iron/ironing board and hairdryer. For the most part the staff were friendly and helpful.

I had an issue with making contact with the hotel when I arrived. I had a very unhelpful member of staff check me in. He did not explain anything to me other than where my room was located,. He provided no information. However, the next day, another staff member was more than happy to thoroughly answer all my questions. I stayed 3 nights, and not once was my room cleaned and trash emptied.

Hotel is new, very clean, and quiet! Conveniently located less than 2 miles from O'Hare Airport and there are several convenient shopping/restaurant options (fast food, sit-down dining, Target, etc.) nearby. Hot complimentary breakfast was a nice plus. Front desk staff were very responsive and helpful.

I chose this hotel because of its free airport shuttle and proximity to the airport. This hotel's shuttle seemed to be less frequent than other shuttles; we waited at the airport for 50 minutes for our pickup, which wasn't a big deal, but we saw other hotels send two or even three shuttles during that same time period. Later, when departing our hotel for our flight, we flagged for hotel staff that we intended to take the shuttle and waited in the designated area. The shuttle serves two hotels and goes to another hotel to pickup passengers first. Unfortunately the shuttle was filled at the first hotel and we were asked to wait another 45 minutes for the next shuttle. I was disappointed with the frequency and reliability of the shuttle.

George at the front desk is GREAT! When we arrived to check in he was handling a nasty/belligerent customer in a calm and professional manner. He turned to us with a smile ready to help us and we were impressed and complimented the way the situation was handled. Later we realized our shower was out of shampoo and body wash and when we stopped by the desk he took us straight to the supply room to get us new ones as well as extra towels. The location cannot be beat if you are there for concerts/shows. A very easy walk to Allstate and restaurants/shops. Parking is easy and plentiful. We have stayed here many times for events and will always do so when available!

Shower and sink were clogged and didn't drain so you end up standing in several inches of dirty water, and supplies in the shower were empty upon arrival.

Clean, comfortable hotel, very close to O'Hare airport. Free airport shuttle. But it doesn't routinely stop at Terminal 5, where international flights arrive. You have to call the hotel and request for the shuttle to come to T5. It turned up only after repeated calls and a one hour wait! The hotel provides a reasonably good free breakfast. There are many restaurants within walking distance from the hotel for other meals.

To get to the Metro, you have to take the shuttle to the airport and board the train from there. Or take an Uber to the Rosemont station. So, it's not the most convenient location if you want to go to downtown Chicago while staying here. If you have a car, there is a 20 dollars a day parking charge.

Location was perfect for a morning flight. Rooms were well equipped and comfortable. Fitness room didn't have a lot of equipment but it was adequate. Staff were friendly and accomodating. There are quite a few restaurants and shops nearby, although not great to get to without a car.

Breakfast was disappointing. First of all, Styrofoam plates and plastic cutlery??? Horrible for the environment, and there is a full kitchen right there. Either use real plates and cutlery that can be washed, or get compostable products. Secondly, the food on offer left a lot to be desired. Bread: only sliced white sandwich bread and white bagels. No wholewheat or healthier options. Sugary cereals. No plant-based milk options.

The airport shuttle didn't show up and the person at the main desk keep telling me that he was on his way. We wait at Chicago O'Hare airport for the shuttle for 1 hour and ended up taking an uber.

This hotel truly exceeded my expectations! The air conditioning unit was from Gree, a highly reputable brand in China, which was a pleasant surprise. The room itself felt very new—spotlessly clean, well-organized, and exceptionally well-maintained. I’ve stayed at many airport hotels across the U.S., but the cleanliness here is absolutely top-tier. Another highlight was the toiletries—they provided Dove products, which I personally really like. During check-in, there was a bit of a wait due to the number of guests, but the front desk staff, an Indian gentleman, was polite and gracious. He even thanked me for my patience, which made a great impression. Breakfast was also decent—nothing fancy, but more than adequate for travelers catching early flights. Overall, this stay was far better than I anticipated. Highly recommended for anyone flying in or out of O'Hare!

Breakfast is to be commended as it was a level above the basic room. Impressed to see hot food items, yoghurt and whole fruits offered. It was a nourishing and sustaining breakfast thank you. Staff were courteous and helpful. Shuttle to airport was full but kindly supplied a taxi to get there instead.

It was a little difficult finding location of main entrance. Street address listed on Booking.com is 6860 Mannheim Rd which leads us to Hyatt Place who had to redirect us to building behind them. Small signage on road not easily seen. Basic room with good supply of amenities. Bedsheets were creased and a bit yellowed but looked clean. Improvements in sustainability can be made as so many single use plastics both in the room (coffee and plastic cups, stirrers and their plastic packaging) and at breakfast (plates and cutlery)

Stayed here when the hotel was new for an Agust D concert and stayed again, this time, for J Hope's concert. This is the perfect place to stay if you're attending an event at Allstate Arena, it's a short walk through the parking lot to the arena. No waiting in traffic or waiting for an Uber, just walk back to the hotel after the event. Breakfast was as good as always, the staff is really nice and the beds are extremely comfortable. If you like planes, this is the perfect hotel for watching the planes land at O'Hare. They have good soundproofing though, so you can't really hear the planes when you're inside the hotel. We came to Chicago by train, took the Blue Line to O'Hare and we were picked up by the hotel shuttle. It was just a good experience all around. Would absolutely stay again for any other events at Allstate Arena.

Shuttle is about worthless, very little space and very limited times.
