I definitely appreciated Patty. She was more than helpful and made sure we were in good hands. And her drinks were great as well. The are was a good location, the rooms were big enough, and the amenities were nice.

What I felt could have been better was checking in. We sat and stood there waiting and no one asked if we needed help. We went a little early and was told to come back, but when we did she wouldn’t even look our direction. And then although the room was a nice size, our couch had more than a few stains on it which didn’t seem too comfortable with. And on our 3 day or room wasn’t cleaned, but towels was dropped off. A bit confusing on that one.

This is a great place if you don’t expect a tv for streaming. I was so surprised! Hot breakfast choices included lots of scrambled eggs, fruit, plus many many other things. Bed was wonderful, spacious King room with sink & office space was perfect. The main lady at the front was so friendly and helpful. Cleaning staff was thorough. Wonderful location, too! So convenient to everything in Oakbrook.

Eggs or yogurt were the only protein choices for vegetarians. No smart tvs so come prepared! No coffee all day was tough. Just 7a-9or 10a during breakfast. If you want to pay extra, they’ll make a cup or latte but I’m used to having it available in hotels.

The parking is not easy to find or access. The doors were locked on yhe back side of the hotel… with rain and high winds that weekend it was tricky to be at the rice place at the right time for good parking…The shower was broken in our room and some switches and outlets didn’t work. After a storm blew thru we couldn’t get lights to work in half of the room… we needed to be somewhere and had to get ready in the dark… or using the tiny mirror above the fridge area… the staff on duty had to wait for fixer to arrive to find the breakers…. we were not offered blankets or pillows for the couch bed we had to go scrounge some up… over all it was a place to sleep safely and close to where we needed to be but this year we were a bit more disappointed in the venue it self… last year was a better experience for us…hoping it was just a fluke…

The location is excellent Tons of restaurants and shops. About 35 to 40 min from downtown and 25 minutes to the airport. The front desk is open. 24 joins. Breakfast is hot with various food options. Pool area was clean and it's heated. Staff was friendly and helpful.

The room was a no smoking room but it felt like some had smoked in there prior to us checking in. We had to ask for extra toilet paper, pillows and towels because you need to ask for the room to be serviced the night before and we kept forgetting.

We ordered food at the bar, which was alright, we ordered the burger- honestly we asked them if it was cooked well done and his response was yes. Both of my patties were red in a certain part. The fries were amazing. The only other complaint I had was there was not enough pillows for the king size bed. As soon as you lay on them they were flat. Pool was fun. Smoking areas were nice. There was plenty of food to choose from for breakfast. Too much sausage though and no bacon.

Channels were not enough Lack of good pillows Bar burgers were not well done and only need 1 party they are thick. Breakfast needed bacon and not all sausages

Breakfast buffet was included but it was very crowded after the first 30 min and was very hard for the staff to keep everything clean with the large amount of guest traffic. More breakfast staff should be considered. They even allowed the 1st floor conference room for people to eat in for the overflow amount of guests to have a seat. May need to assess and address the crowd condition. Thank you for considering our feedback.

The selection at breakfast was great. There were a lot of people so the room across the hall was opened up for people to eat in. We requested no feathers in our pillows and housekeeping brought us foam pillows within the hour. Front desk people were very friendly.

This is not the fault of the hotel, but there was a group of young kids staying on our floor and they were running in the halls very late at night. We called the front desk to let them know. Eventually the kids went into their rooms and it was quiet. Since we requested a king room and had a reservation, I would have thought that they would be sensitive to having a bunch of kids running up and down the hall and put us somewhere else. For our second night, they were all gone so it was quiet.

Was in a great spot 2nd stay here for me

Asked the staff several times to come clean the room a pizza was behind the pull out bed . Looks like it was there before us it was hard as a rock . They put us on the cleaning list and it still was there after they came to clean so I called them again they finally came and got it after day 3 of our stay . They bought a free meal to the room to make up for it . But that was not the right way to make it .

Location, breakfast options, and quiet rooms !

We lost power in the bathroom and vanity after a storm rolled through we couldn’t use it until their maintenance person came in while I’m certain it was just a breaker.. the elevator button doesn’t work very well and some of our room things didn’t work… (bathroom fan, lamp by bed, and outlet near tv.) parking was a-lot a nightmare as they locked the back doors. Also got stuck in a room with out a bath and we booked one with a bath on this…

Great location, very comfortable, spacious room, comfortable bed. Very good breakfast. Staff very friendly and accommodating.

Our only complaint was the prices of the drinks, snacks offered. There was no drinking water jug, container in the lobby, as is frequently in hotels for guests. The prices of the bottled water were outrageous; more expensive than at airports! If you are going to charge those prices, you really should provide cold, drinking water in the lobby for your guests. Otherwise, the place was great.
