Breakfast was good. Beds comfortable. Location had lots of food and shopping. Safe area.

Shower door wouldn’t stay closed water all over the floor every time. Didn’t supply enough towels. Booked 3 people for 3 days. Add a few more towels. No extra blanket pillow.

Staff were exceptionally kind, responding to every request immediately and with courtesy and professionalism. Room was clean, heating system worked well, breakfast was well stocked and good variety for the genre. In-room fridge and microwave were clean, without odor, and worked well. We appreciated there's a CO detector, which is not mandatory (only smoke alarms are required in the US) but highly recommended. Window shades were fully functional and in good shape. Insulation was very good, room not drafty at all. Beds were comfortable.

Our room (two queens) was a bit small, but very manageable.

I had a really enjoyable and comfortable stay at Sleep Inn lately. The hotel features a sleek, contemporary style that prioritises utility and simplicity. The accommodations were tastefully furnished, with comfortable beds, a sizable workstation, and modern conveniences. The bed was the best feature; it was incredibly cosy and provided a restful night's sleep. The location of Sleep Inn was convenient, with easy access to nearby attractions and dining options. The hotel also offers free Wi-Fi and ample parking, which added to the overall convenience of the stay.

Breakfast could have had more variety; in addition, one of the waffle machines was broken, resulting in a long waiting queue for the remaining working machine. Other than that, everything else was exceptionally perfect.

The staff was extremely friendly and accommodating! 1st room that I was assigned , toilet had been used and no power in the bathroom. I did go back down to desk and staff was very quick to not only apologize but assigned another room immediately. There was a mix up apparently that the room had been previously unavailable due to maintenance issues , but somehow it got in the available rooms list. There was a bit of wear and tear in room carpet and a bit of scrubbing needed in corner of shower stall. The staff very generously offered some items from pantry. It was actually just a minor incident. Also I did question the agent on duty at checkout that the room I ended up in was a regular double, and when I booked room I had asked for an accessibility, due to recent surgery I had that affects my mobility . I was not quite sure if that affected the rate that I paid. But room was pleasant, clean, quiet and comfortable. I especially was pleased with the well lit parking ! Made me comfortable as a single traveler.

I loved the room size and all the amenities My daughter and I had everything we needed. Not to mention I didn't have to cook breakfast! Brenda the Hotel front desk consultant was outstanding too. She really helped me, and I am forever grateful. She went as far as helping me book a room in two weeks that offers exactly what I needed that would accommodate my daughter and I for both work and our stay. My husband was also blown away with Brenda's attention to the needs of us and all the guests that arrived! Thank you Brenda, you truly are an amazing impression for Sleep Inn and your level of customer service is more than just Steller! The hotel was very well maintained, very clean and conveniently located. I will be returning in two weeks, for a 2.5 week stay.

Breakfast is what I like most and the area has a lot of shopping stores which I like!

It was clean and the beds were very comfy! Also having never been to the Chicago area, and not really knowing where I was booking, it was in a good area. Plenty of restaurants, gas stations, and shopping around. About 30-40min from downtown Chicago.

For being a new facility, the elevator was out of service so everyone had to take the stairs and our room was right across from the stairs so we heard the door opening and slamming shut constantly.

Exactly what I expected, just like the pictures. Everything was very clean and I'm very picky about the places I stay. Staff were very kind and all the processes were super simple and easy. Had a functioning fridge, which is convenient. Comfortable bed, TV had decent channels to watch.

A lot of hotels you can hear a lot of what's happening around in the other rooms if people are being loud, but the walls here were especially thin. My room had a locked door leading to another room, so it we had to hear everything from the next room over. The AC unit was incredibly loud, so we weren't able to sleep with the AC on. Only other issue I found was the towels were linty, so we were left with fuzz all over us after a shower .

This place was amazingly inviting, awesome lighting, modern makeover and can compete or even exceed some pricey hotels. The location was so close to amenities, just a walking distance to shopping and restaurants. The neighborhood was awesome too. There was sufficient parking. Hotel has elevators and luggage trolleys at the entrance. The rooms were quite inviting, well made beds with good looking beddings. There was good variety for breakfast. The sitting area looks so good and can accommodate quite a number of people. I' m not sure i've slept on a hotel that offered better value for money than this one.

This is a personal opinion but i would have prefered curtains for the windows. On the issue of breakfast, it would ran out from time to time making it necessary to wait. Not sure whether the clients liked it too much? I don't blame them too much for that as i did witnessed in part what was going on.

Clean and included hot breakfast with 2 types of waffles, eggs, sausage, oatmeal, yogurt, fruit, cereal and of course coffee. Based on some reviews I had lower expectations but it is equivalent to a Hampton Inn IMHO.

It does have thin walls so you hear every time someone goes in and out of rooms, you hear door slams and also loud talkers. Booking.com said it was supposed to have charging for electric cars. It does not have functioning chargers, just a stub and two parking signs for electric cars. Wasn’t a deal breaker but just wanted set proper expectations for future guests
