The evening staff set up the outdoor seating area so that my family and I could sit by the fire pit after the rain storm. They laid out towels and blankets and dried the entire area... and we didn't even have to ask. That is customer service at it's best!

I reserved three rooms for the evening. One of the locks on one of the rooms didn't work. It took several attempts to get in the room. We had to request a new room, because we were concerned that we would get locked out again. The associate was going to keep us in a room with a broken lock. The time it took to resolve the situation took me away from spending time at the roof top bar with other family members that came out to celebrate my birthday. We had a total of 8 rooms reserved...

We love everything about LeMeridien - Oakbrook! My husband and I have been coming here for years, it's our weekend getaway location. The facility is clean, staff is friendly and accommodating, the outside fire-pit is our favorite. Food is really good as well.

The coffee machine in the rooms and the toiletry options. They should consider an easier coffee machine with better flavors. The one thing you want in the mornings is a nice cup or 2 of coffee - without having to leave your room.

I prepaid stay then needed to adjust stay to arrive one day sooner. I made change request and followed up with Booking.com agent to make sure it could be accomplished. I was assured that contact had been made and change had been successful. Unfortunately, electronic reservation showed a wonky, illegible name that made it difficult to find me when I arrived at hotel. This made check-in rough. It was fortunate front desk team was able to accommodate due to a last minute cancellation,

The location was great - at the edge of the mall so meals and entertainment was easily accessible. That said, we had some of the best food and drink while at the onsite bar! Great cocktails and delicious appetizers.

The way the entrance is designed is confusing. The lighting in the bedroom was quite dim. The prep space in the bathroom (around the sink) was extremely tight for two people trying to get ready simultaneously.

The staff was great! Especially the night adit Tikeisha. She went above and beyond to make our experience great. She even took the time to dry the fire pit area so we could enjoy the outdoor area while She had so much going on. She is a shining example of attentive staff any hotel needs!

The only thing missing was a jacuzzi!

This is the fourth or fifth time that I have stayed here with a group of friends. The staff is very lovely, clean common areas and rooms and a nice style. The hotel is across the street from restaurants and shops.

We had been given a room with a connecting door to the next room. The noise from our neighbor’s phones and television and their voices could be heard.

Guest Service - Greeted As Soon As She Came Out the Back office. Helpful, knowledgeable of the area. Elavators- In clear view Bar - Right around the corner from the reception area Room- Clean, tidy, spacious, beautiful view My Wife & I will be back!!

Everything Was As Expected. Very Happy With Our 1st Visit. No complaints!!!!

Excellent restaurant and bar. Within walking distance of all of the shopping and dining at Oak Brook Center. Fitness center was a little bit nicer than most business hotels.

Everything! Staff exceptional. Kudos to Maxine! Attention to detail. Polite. Exceedingly helpful. Beautiful property. Proximity tok shopping center was a definite plus. Shopping with granddaughter for her birthday gift was a pleasure from beginning to end.

The hotel itself was nice and comfortable, I would say reliable comfort and cleanliness that one would expect with Marriott. It was such a convenience to have a restaurant right upstairs although it was way overpriced for the value in my opinion . The location of the actual hotel was great for access to the park where my son was playing soccer . The hotel staff was amazing and allowed me an extra hour before checkout, very friendly too.
