Loved the room very roomy and clean. Had everything we needed.

The only thing I thought could’ve been better was the breakfast. I had read just great reviews about the breakfast, and it was good, but not as great as it sounded. I thought the mixed fruit had a funny taste to it. It was either old or had something mixed in it that made it not taste good. This happened both mornings I ate there - I could not finish it. Also, it could’ve had more sweet options. I did have pancakes one day and waffles another, but the only donuts/pastries were plain donut holes.

The outside and inside of the facility is absolutely beautiful. It’s very clean, very calming, and the rooms are absolutely gorgeous, especially if you get one that has a kitchen and a sofa.

I didn’t like the fact that the maintenance person for the pool didn’t start until 11 AM, the pool was dirty and children had a pool party in there the day before, so I never actually got to be in the pool. Someone needs to start way before 11 AM.

Hotel staff was super friendly and helpful as soon as we walked in. Anytime we needed anything, the staff was happy to help. Our room was clean and well stocked. The beds were comfortable, bathroom was spacious, and we had a huge couch that made the whole room feel more homie. Breakfast had many varieties, pool area was clean with lots of seating, and the parking lot was clean and easy to use.

We stay here almost every time we come to this area because the hotel is always clean, the staff is personable, and the rooms are always clean and well appointed. We like the studios because they have eating space, a comfortable living area, and lots of storage. The breakfast is awesome. The hotel is just 5 minutes from all types of shopping and restaurants. We also like the fitness center and pool.

Loved the complete breakfast. It was well thought out. Lots of options. Would have loved a waffle maker but the pancakes were great! Pillows and bed were great as was the shower. House keeping was friendly and helpful. Blonde front desk woman was great as was the woman who was there Saturday morning.

Thursday night staff not so great. Kitchen closed an hour or more early. We asked for chips and dip. Bartender seemed not to understand our request and kept saying the kitchen was closed. We kept pointing to the sign that said it was open until 10 pm. He went to get the woman at the front desk who gave us some explanation that didn’t make sense as why we couldn’t get chips and dip. Anyway, we bought a WAY over priced bag of cheese it’s (5.49 for a 1.29 bag?THAT IS RIDICULOUS!) and the front desk woman didn’t even offer us anything from the snack area and then made us pay for the crackers. Saturday desk woman made it right.

The bathroom door had significant damage on it, like someone was locked in and it had to be pried open. There was one long black hair on the lamp shade... gross but I understand its hard to get every hair...

cafe area tables were too high for the chairs for me. I am short but there were not typical.

Breakfast was great, staff was very accommodation and friendly Esme was awesome location was perfect for my dinner reservations at Perry’s, the suite was comfortable and very clean it was AWESOME!!

I didn’t like the sugar crystals in the waffles 🧇only because of dietary restrictions (diabetics as an example ) , but it was the BEST breakfast I’ve had in years for a hotel !!

I have stayed at several extended stay hotels lately & yours was the absolute best! Your complimentary brkfst was the best by far even having a cook preparing omelettes. And I loved the cut up fresh fruit, not canned. Will definitely stay again on my next trip to Chicago!

Seriously, a nice breakfast for “hotel breakfast”. Having a little bar with dinner options on site was awesome. Raul was the best! Room was set up was really nice.

Smoke free facility which wonderful except someone on our floor smoking weed. Which stunk. Neighbor also stuck all their trash in the hallway and it sat there more than 24 hours.

Very clean. Good (weekday) breakfast with very good omelettes. Many rooms have nice kitchenettes

Lower floors have street lights shining on windows. Definitely suggest using floor 4 or 5. At night, there is only one clerk who can be hard to find.
