We travel a lot and have been disappointed with hotels advertised as a 4 or 5 star and find out they are a 2 or 3 star at best.This motel and staff does not disappoint. Excellent comfort rating . Excellent cleanliness. Good price . We will book Hyatt House going forward and hope they all have the same standards and conditions as this one in the Naperville / Warren Illinois area. Bobby J

Toilet seat and inside shower door handle loose. Very minor as both were usable . We checked in late at 7pm .my doctor's appointment was at 3pm the next day . I asked for a 2pm late check out. The friendly receptionist said sure name your time. The next day during checkout there was a $10 surcharge . The motel was not busy at all. The charge was not a problem as it allowed us a place to stay before an annual doctor's appointment. We just wish that we had been advised when the extension was requested, of the additional charge. This did not alter my opinion of this location and staff being of an excellent ratings .

Room was nice. Comfortable and all the amenities. Hyatt Place had no food as kitchen staff had called in. Front counter employee, Robert, made us food on his own as the kitchen at Hyatt house had limited options and my husband and I traveled with no dinner hoping to eat at the hotel. Robert saved the night!

Love the staff, especially Shasta who was very helpful and friendly, the location and the room Im was comfortable and clean. I loved that I could do my laundry too. The bed was very comfortable and the bedding was really nice too. I slept great.

Too much plastic used at breakfast. With a dishwasher in every room they should add a few to the breakfast area and use normal cutlery at least. Or switch to bamboo. I’d also have liked a makeup mirror in the bathroom.

Very pleased customer service,, the people help me more than I can imagine… very pleasant stay.

Could wait until I left completely from my room. When I asked for them to wait to clean the room.. Don’t rush a customer out the door when you have spoke to the front desk about your stay.

Wonderful location, very nice to have a kitchen in the room, lots of space and very polite, helpful and attentive staff!

Although there was a lot of selection at breakfast, the eggs (scrambled, mini quiche and mini omelette on different days) were not good at all. The coffee was normally hot but both tea and coffee were Luke warm on day 3 and it took some time for breakfast items to be replenished some days. Also, the bed was a bit too soft.

Location is perfect, right off 88 with a lot to do and good restaurants close by.

The use of plastic at breakfast was alarming and unnecessary. With a dishwasher in every room you’d think they could have a few in the kitchen area so that proper silverware and glasses could be used. Hyatt gave the impression they don’t care about the environment at all. Please at least switch to disposable bamboo.

Great location, yummy hearty breakfast, staff is great and super clean

We stayed 3 days, would have liked fresh towels and for them to take our trash (although the front desk gave us trash bags and said to leave them outside our room door) once during our stay.

Everything was great from start to finish. Staff was great and helpful. Room was clean and comfy. Hotel is in a grwta location and plenty to do on the area.

Would have preferred a little more variety for bar food and breakfast options.

The location was good for our visit. The value was what caused us to select this property. The staff was nice. The bed was very comfortable. We requested a walk in shower and the hotel had one available. It was very quiet and we never heard our neighbors.

The room was cut in half by an open shelving unit. This made movement in the room very tight. The sound from the TV came into the bedroom due to the open shelves. The furniture was old. The breakfast did not change and so there was no variety.
